You have been a busy man. I enjoy how you weave your words, thoughts, and emotions into various styles of poetry, but still keeping to your true human awe of your surroundings, and a down to earth attitude. As always, l was pleased to read your take on your/our shared experiences. Remember the positives of nature and love, and "we’ll scramble to be shielded from the storm."

I am very surprised to learn that a world traveler such as Reggi, has not been to, or through London before this. Did he always leave the family business matters up to his father to handle, and had never even visited with his father there? Egypt seems to be alive within his heart and bones. But at this time, all of the business concerns, will now land on his shoulders. Maybe the constant climbing up and down the four flights of stairs many times a day, will keep all the residents and staff in extremely good shape. Sounds like an outstanding opulent and historic base of operations, fit for their immediate needs. Now on to check out the vast city of London, and this power center of the British Empire❣️

I doubt that I am the only one, that would like to see ML stuck alone and unnoticed in the hotel elevator, if or when the power should go out? I suppose that it would be way too much for me to ask for this to occur? Right now, all their futures are just filled with so very many questions left to be answered! That often seems to be the reoccurring case, in many of the author's other stories, that I have read. The suspense just keeps right on building, as we continue our journey with @Lee Wilson acting as our guide, into an unusual and unknown future.

This story caused me to have a swirl of different emotions. Perhaps it is fitting that the completion of it, leaves me with much of the same feelings. This was not the, "and they all lived happily ever after" type of ending that many stories have. @Ronyx has given his readers an emotional rough ride from the very beginning to the end. He leaves us with questions about what the future may hold for all these now friends, at this point in time. What should fairness and justice look like, or be? What can divide friends, and/or bring them together? These questions and more, will lurk in my thoughts, long after this story becomes, nothing but a memory. This was a slice of life story, that confronted its readers with many serious questions, and I very much, for sharing this with us❣️

The Captain has presented the clerk as an easy bait for Garrick and his fellow conspirators to use, in their plan to take command of his ship. They could not resist the temptation of killing Joshua in the dark of night during his sleep, while the rest of the crew were sailing the ship, or sleeping with dreams of more riches in their future. "Just open the door when he’s asleep.”..... “We do what has to be done. Slit his throat, clean and quiet.” 🗡️ A foolproof plan, to accomplish their goals, with the needed help given to them by the Captain's broken and abused, but willing Pet. What could possibly go wrong? 🏴‍☠️ We will find out tonight❣️ How will the rest of the crew react, to whatever may happen? Many questions will be waiting to be answered.

Damn! Sorry for what is now an irrelevant post due to my misunderstanding, of your earlier post. And I put a lot of pressure on myself, in doing so. As Gilda Radner would often say after her frequent Saturday Night Live news rebuttals, "Oh, never mind."

This adventure being a result of a prompt, your doubts about its future, and your commitment to it, would seem understandable, Should you create a much longer saga, or wake up from this "nightmare" (an indirect hint , and just throwing that out there), and to move on. A short creative outcome of this story would be a much better option, than an outright abandonment in my humble opinion and yes, most likely your own. So far in four short chapters, it seems to hold the great interest of it's readers. As they say, "the ball is now in your court." 🏀 Will you take your best shot now, for a score, or would it be better to call for a "planning type" of time out, in order to choose which roads you want to travel ahead?????? It all now seems to rest on your broad shoulders Lee❣️ Best wishes to you in using your time, thoughts, and prolific efforts, as you deem most fit! '

Shes Back! 😱 Marie-Louise had been following them since they left Clinton, but why? She was also planning on feeding the boys breakfast, but they did not want to give her control over them again. They were making progress on their own, slow but adapting and adjusting to this new world without her negative and bossy attitude. The hand painted sign gave them a glimmer of finding more people ahead! Marie-Louise would have no problem finding another car to follow them. and shouted her threat at them: "I'll catch up again. Go ahead and run away, you babies. You need me!" We have not seen the last of her. But who and what will they find this evening? I am eager to see what @Lee Wilson has in mind.

🤔 We are now going on the assumption that Daniel could still be alive, and has been able to avoid unwanted attention. If true, they are also guessing that he could be using his skills near beaches in Sydney or the surrounding surfing area. That casts a very large net, for them to find someone who is trying to keep a secret identity. The trump card in this gamble may be Jordan's ability to reconnect with some of his past surfing friends that are still active, and that he trusts. Just wanted to add that sending Olivia the very identifiable beach towel, may turn out to have been a very bad idea. 🤨 The police are now getting ideas about the possible scope of a much larger porn ring. @Paladin has given us a great chapter filled with a lot of insights and many possibilities to ponder about, in his heartfelt way of spinning this "justice seeking" and healing tale. I have been hooked from the very beginning!

A landslide dumping a small box covered with carvings of mysterious symbols, containing possible important and valuable historical documents? That seems to be right up Reggi's alley, and can be added to his ever growing collection! ❤️ More unknown secrets yet to understand? Gifts or warnings? Yes I understand, time will tell, but guessing is so much fun!

This chapters title Two Becomes Three, apparently refers to awareness and not bonding. Marie-Louise seems to be selfishly joy riding through this shocking new reality. The age gap of the three shows a great divide on how to proceed into this world of the unknown, The boy's reactions to Mariie-Lousie, did not reflect her "three musketeers" attitude and thinking. Yes, she seems to represent future problems for the boys. 🤔

Great chapter @Rafy! I don't understand why, but I now feel they should stay together. But what kind of future relationship would /could exist between them? 🤔 Away from their current roles on the ship, that might work? I don't see how it could work with Joshua still being captain of his bloodthirsty hardened crew of pirates however. I guess I will just have to sit back and watch, how you plan to deal with this complex web that you have woven.

I enjoyed and could relate to all four offerings. Which mini roses will return, and which may not? Also born in the fifties, the "June Cleaver" era. Nobody could look as classy as June, doing her housework! The problems of our past, want to return. Yes too many children are suffering all over the world, and aid is not coming. for your thoughtful words.

Our worst fears about Uncle Raymond have come true, and Lucas is now fighting for his life as the result of a vicious attack by his abusive uncle. This grim news was received by his fellow classmates with feelings of shock and sadness. No one now could understand, what or why, this life threatening situation had occurred. Where will @Ronyx take us readers, and this story, in his closing chapter? 😟

Your extensive vocabulary combined with a mastering of poetry, a keen awareness of nature, and yes a dash of advanced mathematics, leaves me thinking and smiling .

Excellent chapter! What lingered in my mind during this chapter was the thought about Reggi's father's very specific bequest of the Egyptian amulet. I believe the amulet will have a great importance as we proceed into the future, of this tale. There may be untold secrets revealed from this mysterious artifact, as we progress ahead with this tale. Yes I do agree, that it should be kept well guarded!

Well done @Lee Wilson ❣️ The title "Confused - Until Bart Met Noah", was very predictive, and your usual roller coaster ride was not as extreme as it could have been. You ended this ride with me wanting many more details about their everyday involvement with their adopted sons; but I'm extremely pleased with your happy ever after conclusion! I'm a very "happy camper" with my visit into Bart and Noah's lives. Thanks for giving us such an inspiring story!

Another descriptive chapter of the ships arrival at the hideout and a drunken celebration of their stolen haul. The pet wanders away and hears the whispers of mutiny coming from some of the crew, and tales of deadly payback. Both Captain and Pet are now very much at risk. Is the captain aware of the coming danger? Did he hear the warning from his pet? I believe we shall find out soon! ⏳ 🗡️ Yes, their futures are very much linked together! ☠️

When I first thought about a special needs adoption, I had mistakenly assumed, much greater physical case needs, than has been presented so far. These two boys do have special needs, but not as drastic, as I had first expected. I do believe Bart and Noah could provide a much needed positive impact to these boys lives and futures, and in turn their own. ❤️ I do have hope this will all work out well, for all concerned, while also considering the boys tragic past experiences. Of course there could be unexpected obstacles ahead, both physical and/or emotional. But that could be met with great love, care, and compassionate support, provided by Bart and Noah. So far @Lee Wilson has been sharing with us readers, a very inspiring story. Please keep up providing us readers with this hope of a very positive outcome, Lee! Yes I will admit, I am a big fan of "happy ever after" story endings. 🌈

Well that was certainly an unusual tale. I did appreciate 606's sense of humor, especially Woodstock. My take on this is what the hell was that all about 606? May you now rest in peace, and enjoy your afterlife.

Grief, support and sadness filled the manor and its family and guests. Reggie's mother was a pillar of strength throughout this chapter. Reggie was a mix of emotions, memories, and yes some regrets. A very moving chapter 💔

Wow,things are moving very quickly in this chapter! Leave it to @Lee Wilson to shake things and us up, with his surprises. The title of the next chapter is "The Deciisions". I believe the couple will make a few loving and emotional ones. I doubt this process would actually be quick or easy, but we will see what Lee has up his sleeves❣️ 😀
