Chapter 17 Family Sunday Morning
Former Member commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 17 Family Sunday Morning
Yay! You’ll need to be writing the two stories for decades for me to become proficient! (And at your current pace, we still won’t have gotten to the wedding and Michael will probably still won’t be home from his current hospital visit!) ;-) -
Chapter 11 Visits and meetings
Former Member commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 11 Visits and meetings
I gave my younger nephew several sets that I’d purchased for myself, but I still have some of them! ;-) At a specialty store, I found a mat that Lego sold only through their Education Channels (ie to schools). It’s round and had a drawstring to make cleanup extremely simple! Especially since their instruction sheets and brochures contain almost no words (mostly just their logo and legal text). Similar to the sheets included in furniture flat boxes. -
And I remember Brandy, You’re a Fine Girl! (I also remember that Barry Manilow had to change the title of his song to ‘Mandy’ because of it – he could have Come Out decades earlier if he’d named it ‘Brandon’! But he wasn’t ready way back then. So I can make a somewhat roundabout Gay connection to the song.) ;-)

No, the biggest improvement is the ability to edit Comments! (Although not everybody takes advantage of that feature.) -
I am in seminar, can`t write in the moment very much. But I am sending you energy.

Since this is Asian Pacific Heritage Month, I figure it’s appropriate to mention a few movies that explore the Asian-American experience. Spa Night tells the story of a son of Korean immigrants. Saving Face has a Chinese-American mother moving in with her Lesbian daughter. Front Cover is about a Chinese-American photo stylist and a Chinese movie star. I may edit this later to add more information in Spoilers when the feature returns – if the deletion was inadvertent.

The truth is not open to interpretation, or shifting it through a personal filter. Abuse is abuse, imo. Abuse has no justification, and only beasts pretend they hurt for reasons of 'i know better than you.' This is my personal opinion.

I’ve always hated writing. I don’t have anything new or original to say. (But at least I’m aware that what I write would be just recycled plots. I stopped reading on Nifty because there were too many people who thought they were being clever, but were really just taking Plot A with variations 2, 3, and 8 and characters a, b, c, and x.) One of my therapist wanted me to keep a Journal. I did it for a few months. It was supposed to show me how I’d been able to make changes over time. The hardest entry was when she wanted me to write stream of consciousness thoughts down. My brain doesn’t work that way. I can never write as fast as my brain flits around. And I overthink things. If I had been in Reggie’s class (which wouldn’t have happened since I was dropped from advanced classes in 7th grade), I wouldn’t have been one of the students seeing a counselor, I would have probably been just like Reggie being passive-aggressive when writing in his journal. But for some reason, people keep telling me I should write stories. I don’t know how I’ve managed to find so many people who are insane! ;-)

It struck me now as more contemplative and quiet than melancholy The theme is lovely, and the orchestration for the full strings reminds me of some of Thomas Beecham's Love in Bath ballet, where he arranged Handel. Thanks for posting

Thank you for the fantastic story review on Judas Tree. It's one of the best I've ever gotten

Yes, thank you, Tim and William.

lol, you read the early chapter for me where Lady G is sexing up her husband in a power drive I remember your comments on it, and thanks for helping with that one, seeing as you are a real lady and all

Stan stays on task as is very good at what he does and Mark keeps him there. …and is very good? “Your right, I don’t believe it.” You are! “We’ll go, but for now, let’s go see how Mark and Stan or doing.” Are doing. I was performing surgery when you grandfathers were in diapers. Your grandfathers. We also had Shelly and Chuck for their badges if nothing else if we had to deal with New York’s finest. If for nothing else. (I’d rephrase the second half to something more like ’should we have to deal with‘ to eliminate repeating the ‘if’. So Gabriella’s another tracker. Too bad she and Alex would be better off on separate teams. They’d probably prefer to work together all the time. ;-) And finally, Stan and Mark have broken the barrier that kept them platonic coworkers! Funny how their coworkers all thought they were already a couple. I wonder what they’ll be like now that it’s in the open now…

Chapter 21 A Day of Surprises
Former Member commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 21 A Day of Surprises
It was worth nagging you! ;-) Things are getting a little crowded with Patrick, Peter, and Michael; Angie & Imp; Michael’s Guardian Angel, Sablo; Moster, Alice & soon Kim – in a good way. I guess this means that Peter only gets to share Theliel? Along with Angie & Imp, this is by far my favorite of your stories! But I’m sure Team Rob/Team Jazz and Team Russ/Team Tor would quickly overwhelm Team Michael/Team A/I. -
Sounds like you do not feel very good in the moment. Sending hugs. Hope it will get better.

Anxiety, repression, fear. I’m no priest, but I can certainly identify with those feelings! And I really feel out of place in bars too. ;-)

Knowing you, I’d better emphasize that, unlike you, I’m very particular when it comes to gender. When I’m hugging my partner, I don’t want squishy pillows trapped between us – I’ll leave them to those who are a 5 or lower on the Kinsey Scale! ;-) I’m going to sleep now. I’ll read the rest of your revised chapters later. -
Confrontation and control

So Evan found a guy just like his father?!?!?!? (But with more appropriate forms of control.)
