I have been in both Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach in the last couple of years and have seen 3 v 3 in both areas. I actually watched the last few matches of a tournament there in 2023, talk about some fine bodies. When did people stop playing it and why?

OMG, we almost had bar-b-que Travis... I honestly do hope that Travis and Taylor can continue to work at getting past some of their past. I don't know that they will ever get past it all, but they need to not have to kidnap one or the other just to have a conversation. Travis is now going to be more injured and more hurt, don't know how the soap is going to write this into the story. But the important thing is that they both got out alive. Whomever Taylor was in cahoots with, did not keep their end of the bargain, they may be in more trouble than the possibly realize. Will is right, John and Ryan are going to be so pissed about the spying, not sure that Travis will even really care. This isn't going to be Will's fight, but it may turn into a good barn burner depending on how involved the spying was. I do realize that John is underage, and his family is filthy rich, so some caution is warranted, but it should have been upfront in some way, not sneaking in the backdoor so to speak. Glad that Darius was there to help. He always steadies Will, except when he tries to get bossy, and that does happen ever so often. Wonderful update.

A few little slivers from the past coming out. Mistress Alice is a good person, and I would trust her judgement on the past and how to view others then and now. Dante will do whatever it takes to make sure that his Mistress is treated right and makes the right impressions. Have to admit, that at one time I had hoped that Mistress Alice would move past Val to Matthew, but after Matthew's behavior in one of the companion stories, not sure I would wish that on anyone. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Nuji is right, there is no one better to have the power or ability than someone that does not want it or want to use it. Tigath will only use it when he has no other choice to save the Earth and the people of the Earth. Humans are truly evil. Instead of trying to learn about Nuji, they simply were going to destroy her.

So, there was a note, and they named him Aaven as his mother requested, but why not share the note, or was it simply lost at some point and no one remembered about it. Lydia's explanation makes so much sense, considering the stories the others have told. Cleo is a bitch, already don't like her. Aaven is already doing better, his ability to resist the urge is getting easier, at least somewhat. I do worry that a bleeding human might not be resistable. Cricket gets his fruit snack, and that is what is really important. Lydia still has much to tell Aaven, his father was killed in a war, which one? So much more to learn, but small doses might be best.

Sounds like this will be one rip roaring party, the likes of which may never be seen again. LOL Tony is just always thinking of ways to try and make it easy or better for someone, or ways to spend more time with Aaron. It does bother me somewhat that every time Aaron hears anything that catches him off guard or worries him, he reacts without thinking. Maybe as he realizes that Tony is back for good but will also have things he has to do elsewhere, he will get a little better. Can't wait for this party to get started.

Well, after reading the other responses, I realize that I have no idea. The two or three that I considered are obviously not right. As usual, I will just have to wait for the reveal. Wonderful question and answers. I hate the taste of coffee, but have to admit I love how it smells.

Maverick and Randy make such a cute couple, or so to be couple. Maverick is lucky that he has several people in his life that truly do understand him and care about him and don't want to change him, just help him get to where he is going. Can't wait to see what happens next.

It appears that they may well have stopped the Human's ability to do magic or at least limited their access to how they do it. Tigath has been injured while destroying the machine, but how badly? Depending on how large the ruins are, could take a long time for them to find each other; and you know the Humans are going to start looking for what caused this or who?

Uncle Mark got exactly what he deserved. Stephen will probably be in some trouble. Shooting him once, might have been explained, but to keep shooting him, well.... I do hope that Leon is okay, hope Stephen got there before too much of anything happened. Depending on how long the person will be gone for, the body of Rene might take a while to show up.

This was a real pleasure from start to finish. Just nice spending time the three of them, Toby is getting older so you never know how much longer he will want to spend that much time with them. Would like to think he still had a while, but you never know. Nice that Brian and Gordon are able to find common interest with Toby on some of this, and that Toby tries to find common ground with them as well. Toby understands that Russ is important to Brian and Gordon, and while he may have the general idea of how they relate, he doesn't really want the details and is smart enough to know not to announce too much. This was one of my favorite chapters of this story.

Aaven is barely holding it together, I think Cricket is what is keeping him sane, and then you pull this? They can all die, but if anything happens to Cricket, I will be super pissed. Love Issac's suggestion for dealing with Emerson. And speaking of Emerson, think of all the experiments he can think of now with two of them.

This was a truly rough chapter, a lot of turmoil and angst. I have to wonder if Dante is someone, we all known? Remy truly cares about others, but he tries to be tough and bury it, but it always seems to come out. Marc is in true anguish. Remy just being there and listening helped, but Marc has to be able to forgive himself to move forward, and not sure he will ever be able to do that.

Don't you just love when a plan comes together. Buck is so good with all of the kids, they are so lucky to have him around. Easy to understand Shannon's desire for revenge. That said, they were smart to not let him go, while you have to make sure he feels needed and that you respect his feelings, those very feelings could have overcome him and caused so many things to go wrong. Garrett as always played a pivotal role. He is old enough to understand the interactions between his mother and Russell. He will have to decide how he is going to process it and how he feels about it. Yes, his father is dead, but that won't be easy. You know, I never thought about the smell so much, but I guess crushing dozens of decaying bodies would test how well you handle the stench of something like that. I am glad that they saw Pamela and were able to honor her wish and put her down in a more humane way, the arrow was clearly better, faster, and well it was better. They got rid of most of the zombies, but has that made them safer, or just made the area ripe for troublemakers to come in without having to worry about the zombies to stir things up? Excellent update.

Maverick got is first exposure to the family. And it seemed to go really well. Randy's story was rather gut wrenching, I don't think it was covered in the other story, but I could be wrong. Hate to say it, but things like that do happen more than people realize. People just use others and think nothing of it. Staying with Maverick got Randy a really good night sleep and allowed himself to unburden himself with someone that he knew from his past.

Well, Guy will do what he can to help Tony through this. Honestly, like Harry was talking about, this could really benefit Shelly and the foundation, but Tony as well. We know that Tony wants to help and stay in the background, but that was never going to happen. Having him front this will make it all that much more popular. Harry has been good to Tony, yes, he is his agent and gets his cut, but you can tell that Harry truly cares for Tony. Sounds like getting the house may well be possible, we will see. Tony and Aaron camping out at the bash, hmmm, I personally never understood the attraction, my idea of roughing it is a four star hotel instead of a five star.

A fuller picture of Maverick and who he is and what he is trying for. He obviously loves to fly, was his father a pilot or is there just something about it that draws him to it? Maverick is smart, he has neither the time, nor inclination to be someone's boyfriend. He is able to be friends with benefits and keeps them happy, probably better for all involved, including himself.

Well, Nuji is clearly in significant danger. I was worried that they would not be careful, everything was going to easily. So not all the Humans want to get back to Earth?

Well, except for the two that were escorted out of the dance, it went better than I expected. Glad that they both seem to have a few good friends. And glad that they feel safe enough to take the step of coming out to themselves and others. I can just see this idiot that was just released from prison showing up. Sometimes when someone develops feelings like Mark appears to have done for Leon, going to prison not only doesn't stop the feelings and desire, but can intensify it. I know this will probably be a controversial take, but use the shotgun, easier to hit someone and put them down with it, if you are not well practiced with the pistol. The dispersal pattern for the discharge covers a larger area, may not kill as easily as the pistol unless you are close, but easier to get a hit with it.

Taking photos that look natural during something like that is a pain in the posterior. But the photographer was smart when he realized that there was an issue. If you can get someone to do something they enjoy, they tend to relax, and a more natural environment emerges. Simon and Eva were a delight. All for Graham getting more of a social life, and these two would be so much fun to be around. And you know, maybe Eva would be someone that would offer ideas about how to use The Grange to promote some art, music, etc. Well, the talk with Arvid's parents, more the father I suspect, went actually better than I had hoped for. Peter has been to prison, it is a fact of life, some will get past that and see him for whom he is, while others will always have a little inkling that he is just waiting to go back to that life. Peter having that discussion with Freddie was a masterstroke. I don't think that Freddie would have been as open and receptive with his dad, nor probably not his uncle either. Just truly adore this one.

Oh Lord, another one for my ever growing list of to read. Wonder if the name Thayer was inspired by On Golden Pond?

OMG, I can see it now. The Case of the Cursed Anus, staring Ryan Phillipe. I would be really interested to know the details of Kellen's dreams. And the situation at breakfast and the conversation was just too funny. Kellen handled the interrogation rather well, honestly a little surprised. So, they found the box, and it is vibrating with magic. But I am afraid that Kellen may well be right, opening it and retrieving what is inside without destroying it or getting someone hurt, may well be harder than anticipated.

Hate when I don't pay attention, Ben was who Maverick winked at across the hall. Lord have mercy...
