It never works when you look for strength, hope or self worth outside yourself. Having a companion can help bring i out but if you don't have it in there no one can give it to you. Besides people are attracted to confidence (even if it's faked). Who's going to be attracted to someone who's needy. Absolutely. I miss that. I miss that most of all. For my tuppence worth. Communication and compromise. Talk about your views and find a way to walk the line between. If there is something that you don't understand then try to clarify and if you really can't understand then respect because it's important to him and you love him If there is something you don't want to do then tell him that you don't want to do it but you will wholly support him when he does it... as long as he respects your decidion not to do it yourself... it's important to you and he loves you If there is something you don't agree with... agree to disagree... you love each other. In the example you gave above I think charity should strive to make people's lives better through education and insight, not merely direct hand outs. He thought it was more about alleviating the current suffering of the people. Why can't it be both. He's not really big on the whole Christmas giving thing due to religious reasons and I don't know, it made me feel uneasy as to his view on Christmas. Is this about him or you? If he doesn't want to contribute to Christian charities then where's the problem. If he's uncomfortable with keeping Christmas then perhaps you can reach a compromise where you go along with his Hanukkah traditions and then he join in with your Christmas. Much of both is custom and culture rather than religion. I might be helpful to remember that Jews and Christians both have the same back story with the same characters. You've just written the novel in a different way.

I like to think that I can make sharp sudden pains extremely enjoyable... if I want to Exactly... well... and what's making them :( I can't see that one either. I can see PD though and he's CUTE.

Isn't the point of life learning new things and enriching yoursef with other flavours and tastes. You love the man: end of. Anything else will work itself out. If you really love him and he loves you then he will take time over time to explain his faith and how it works and ifyou love him then you will listen and accept. People don't have to be the same to fit. Opposites attract after all. It's the same with the Zodiac... don't forget that the basic traits change depending on what other signs are rising or falling in your chart at the time of birth. You migh find that astrologically you are closer than you think and in any event, again the traits you have can be blended with a little work If the relationship is good it's worth working at. If you keep communicating then compromises can be made on both sides and it will work out

Very interesting. The story is very cohesive but very abstract at the same time. Liking it

This leaves me breathless. Your other works, that I have read have been prosaic poems, mind expanding concepts and clashing shocking spiralling nuances almost with the story being the least of it. This time the story is the most of it and the poetry enhances rather than controls

That was a great experience. The art is quite fabulous and the poem, whilst melancholy is stirring and somehow conveys hope

That was chilling but very good, I think. I can't comment on the structure because I don't know much about poetry but I do like the story and I like that different people or different reading could reveal a different one
