This is a 1-shot spinoff from "The Year I Stopped Being Invisible." It doesn't really fit in the continuity, so just think of it as a "deleted scene" with Rick and Taine. It might give more insight into the "real" Rick and Taine than the main story, but isn't part of the storyline.

Trent has gotten far in life by keeping quiet and without question, but the funeral of a distant uncle unravels glimpses of his silence's consequence.
