Damien is to confront his own demons, to confront his past, and his future in one foul swoop. Through the help of (others), although unknown, he learns to confront old hurts and see them for what they really are.

During a time of great turmoil, when emperors and gods rose to power and fell within a lifetime. A child was born from an ancient celestial stone. He will be known by many names and his fame will reach beyond the three realms one day, but before any of that, he was a child. He needed to be cared for and taught by men, who did not fear him and allowed him to be himself.

What happens when a boy who’s fallen in love with his best friend chooses to tell his dad the big news? Will his dad accept him...or...?

The summer before his senior year of high school, Jake is thrust into a dangerous world he had no idea even existed. Before his inheritance the only things Jake was overly concerned with was his strange dreams, and figuring out how to deal with being in love with his best friend. Now, saddled with a heritage that makes him the sole heir to both the Guardian and Night Stalker kingdoms, Jake learns that not everything is black and white, and the people he can trust are few and far in between.
