Drew's Poetry Prompts - 5. Poetry Prompt 2 Again

Very nice, Drew. I liked them both, especially as a had a long-leg spider climbing up the curtain behind my monitor just an hour ago....

Great Haikus, Drew.

Drew, both are wonderful!
AC's prompts are working for all of us. These Haiku of yours seem to answer the prompt and the 'rules' beautifully.

They're both really good, something we can observe every winter. To the last one I silently added 'until Zombie squished it.'

They are really Nice, My Love. They look simple, but I know You did put good efforts on them...

Both are very good, Drew. I especially like the first one, having seen it develop on the forum. The molding and kneading that we normally not get to see, were learning steps for me as well. My compliments for the result.

Lovely poems, both, Drew. I am no poet or historian, but I love the images these evoke. I am especially drawn to the second of these two, as I encounter winter spiders in my home constantly.

As an arachnophobe, it was hard for me not to freak out about the spider. But, in all honesty, I think I'm getting better as I start learning more about them. Although I doubt I'll ever hold one.

Thanks Lisa! I was at the college taking care of things for the new semester, and when I left it started snowing. Well, as I went home, I saw a roadkill I realized soon enough that rabbit would be buried underneath the snow.

The first one has a meloncholy tone. I like the imagery of the snow building a burial...

The 2nd one has a clear picture of spider weaving his net hiding in the window from the cold!! 

Both were wonderful haikus!!
