My Immature Poetry - 22. Haiku Mania

Okay, practicing of the form gone wild. And some more Haiku poems to read.

Moon Light

As the lights went off—

dead black until brightness fills

moon through the window

More Ants

Tiny yet strong,

trail of ants running around,

Weighing into food.

Sunrise

The darkness grows thin

with birds chirping heavily

as the sun hits ground.

Thank you for the support, Ben and Tim. As well as the reader. Don't forget to Review though.

You see beauty in all things don't you, Emi? Even the lowly ant. I liked them all but the 3rd was my fav! Keep on writing, Emi!

Auh!!! :blushing: Thanks Tim. That's a huge compliment and I am all silly smiles now. Thank you so much for thinking so high of me. I am really glad you enjoyed my madness on completing Haiku prompt... :)

And thank you for the review... :)

I, too, liked the industrious, ubiquitous ant. And birds singing heavily is a new twist...perhaps mourning doves? Lovely and painted well, Emi.

Yeah, Ants are our household friends for the matter to say. But they really annoy me sometimes. :pinch: But they are inspirational sometimes.

And its definitely not doves here. We often used to here chickens, sparrows(mostly) and crows.

I am glad you enjoyed those poems and thanks for the lovely review... :)
