We are starting a new feature to do deeper dives into the most read stories in each sub-genre of our primary genres.
Sub-genres of action/adventure tend to focus on actively moving the plot along and less on character and other elements usually in a fun/mystery sort of way.  Typically there is a MacGuffin, a plot object, that the characters are trying to get or prevent others from getting.
Sub-genres: Action Fiction, Adventure, Disaster, Martial Arts, Nautical , Spy, Spy-Fi, Super Hero, Swashbuckler

Wow, @Myr, this is a fascinating feature.  How often will this feature appear, or has that yet been decided?

I think it’s a great idea to have a different genre each week to look at so that you can see what the stories are like in each one.

Am pleased to know these sub-genres even EXISTED!  They will point me to new authors and their creative efforts.  THANK YOU!

A suggestion - - could you add to each title the status of it, Complete, Developing, On Hold - whatever?  I'm glad to find a story that's ACTIVELY rolling out and, frustratingly, not stalled a lot of months go.

Sso far, there seems to be a unanimous opinion that these sub-genre lists are valuable and welcomed, and that they should be routinely continued.  I join in that opinion!

Not currently, as it would be manual and far too much work.  I've added it to our development request list though.

As far as the current status of stories, with the links provided it is easy to click on each one and see the current status of a story.  In some cases, if a story has 50 or a hundred chapters and is listed as Temporary Hold, Long Term Hold, or complete, the story is probably worth reading or it is unlikely to have produced that many chapters thus far.

@Myr, I certainly appreciate these looks at various genres and sub-genres.
