MikeL Posted November 13, 2009 Posted November 13, 2009 What we do have up here are a few decent Barbecue places, but that's all I'd recommend within a hundred miles in any direction. Most of the rest is what I call diner food, yuck. In Arizona they barbecue goats, right?

I think after smoking the goat for 12 hours, you throw it away and eat the bacon.
