AnytaSunday Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 What an absolutely delightful story. I loved reading something with older MC's and the twist was fabulous. Great stuff. hehehe:2thumbs: 2
Site Administrator Cia Posted September 13, 2010 Site Administrator Posted September 13, 2010 This story elicited some interesting thought on my part. So many people focus on teenager or college aged years when they portray 'coming out' stories. In your story we are given a tale where people are really learning themselves and who they are inside later in life. They begin to see things with new eyes and a whole new world is opened up to them. It is never to late to examine who you are, we are always evolving, changing, and growing until the end. Thank you for the great story. 1
DragonMando Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 I don't usually read stories with older main characters, but I certainly enjoyed this one! It was beautiful and sweet and I loved the way Larry saved Jack in the grocery store--absolutely pricless 1
phana14 Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 Altimexis! Hello again! I'm happy to tell you that I enjoyed this story very much! It is so very touching, and yet there are quite a few *chuckle* moments. God! What I would have given to have been sitting at a nearby table when Steven and Peter strolled up! Oh MY! A beautiful love story, Altimexis. Thank you. 1
NightOwl88 Posted September 14, 2010 Posted September 14, 2010 This is one of the best stories with older/adult main characters that I've read. I've only read one or two of your works to date Altmexis but this is the best so far. 1
Rilbur Posted September 15, 2010 Posted September 15, 2010 I'm not sure what to say about this piece, so I'll limit myself to this: This was a well-written, thoughtful story with a new take on the 'feel-good' coming out genre. 1
Kev de Cauchery Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 I love the, may I say, family drama, and it's been delightful and fun reading the story. Thank you~! 2
Toast Posted September 18, 2010 Posted September 18, 2010 Just a wonderful story. Funny, endearing, sad, uplifting. And revealing. A great read. Thank you for your story. 1
johnmall Posted July 31, 2020 Posted July 31, 2020 Hello, Thanks very much for your story. It shows great insight on the strength of denial that many of us currently mature age men were maintaining in the 60's and 70's. I was also married and only came out to myself and started living a gay life after the divorce from my wife. 1
