What has it got in its pocketses?

Recommended Posts

Things I carry without fail in my pockets:

iPhone

Keys

TTC tokens (Toronto Transit Commission - AKA worst major city transit system in North America)

Wallet

Sometimes I carry these things too:

a little packet of kleenex (if I have a runny nose or something)

Earphones

A pen/pencil

They knit.

The knit what? If they knit in your pockets that means they have knitting needles, and you let them get that close to your ......? Wow. No further comment just WOW!

Hey.

Hey.

They're magical pocket elves. And they knit. Ok?

It's why I never run out of funky socks.

Would yall like a pair?

Funky socks, huh? I bet. But, yeah, I could use a pair.

Well considering where they are knitting I guess the socks they make would be funky. Hmmm. I wonder if I really want a pair or not. Magic pocket elves who make socks? I'm just not sure. oh well why the hell not.

I don't carry much. Just my phone, ipod and a pen. I hate having my phone in my hand, I dislike those satchel bags/guy-purse/mini-backpack things, totally not for me and I love being able to stick my hands in my pocket while walking, so I could never do without pockets. I'd feel naked without my ipod, it pumps me up every morning and I listen to it when I walk.

Usually, just my wallet, my cellphone, a pocket knife, and I keep my keys attached to my belt buckle normally. I hate sitting on them. -.-

What kind of knife? I'm easily distracted by shiny, sharp, pointy things.

Cargo pants are awesome, but they only rock if they have 9 or more useable pockets.

What's in my pockets depends on where I am. Lately, at school I carry in my pockets my room keys, my flash drive, my wireless mouse, chapstick, at least one rubber band, paper clips, about 5 assorted pens/pencils/whiteboard markers, an eraser, a small pad of paper, and a handkerchief.

I am notorious for misplacing my pens/markers, so I always carry a ton. I've been considering making or purchasing some kind of tool kit to hold all this junk, but ... jeez ... I'm a geeky enough teacher without, yanno? At least I don't have pocket protectors! LOL

I can't really go anywhere without my backpack. It's big, bulky, and tacky, but I need too much stuff with me all the time.

Contents of backpack:

Wallet

Sonic Screwdriver/UV pen

Mechanical pencils

Archival quality inking pens

Sketchbook

scrap paper

Textbooks

Cellphone

Anything else that seems important that day
