For the future, I want to know if I have this right or not: This event means that I can attack a territory. If I win, I claim it, and my turn is done. If I lose, I can choose somewhere else to attack again, and either win or lose my turn is done. OR I can claim a free territory without attacking anyone.

turn 20 started a two hours ago (sorry for missing the start time again). Event - Clerical Origin - you can claim an extra territory as long as its a bonus territory (ex. a phalanx faction can claim an extra territory as long as the territory is a mountain)

good luck, but you might want to claim something that's not already yours , and about last turn, forested territories are where your terrain bonus lies, not plains, therefore only 103 was claimed
