My favourite band is definitely Nightwish (->my user-name). But I don't know how many of you know them, they come from Finland... my favourite song is Beauty of the Beast. But again, since it's a song of Nightwish, there won't be many out there who knows it...

That is a tough one, but its got to be Bad Company. Paul Rodgers has got a great voice for their music. Mick Ralphs plays some really soulful blusey guitar. I keep comming back to them.

I like all kinds of music except for country.

In the early 90's I was into "grunge" like, nirvana and the gits, and in the late 90's i was into a whole lot of angry girl bands like L7 and babes in toyland. Then I got into a lot of older music, like the beatles and The doors, and Pati Smith.

 

But right now, and for the last year and a half I've been totally immersed in japanese rock.

 

My fave band is L'Arc~en~Ciel

their style varies from rock to pop/rock

I love the singer Hyde's voice.

 

My favorite solo artist is MIYAVI,

he's so original and crazy and awesome, and he just makes me happy ^.^

....and we can all use something that makes us happy

Mine is Keith Urban - love him, love his music. I got to see him live last year which seeing as I'm in the UK is quite an achievement seeing such a big US star.

Well, I have been thinking about this... I guess that my two fvorite songs would be Bad Day by Daniel Powter, and Unwritten by Natasha Beddingfield. So, I guess that those two people would be my favorite performers.

If you couldn't guess from my avatar, my favorite band is Erasure, and I also love Andy Bell's solo album. It's hard to pick a favorite song, but maybe Fingers & Thumbs, or Piano Song. Videos are not Erasure's strong suit, but Fingers & Thumbs is one of the better ones, and can be seen here:

Well even though I listen to country mostly my favorite band is Counting Crows. I love all their songs but one. And that's 'Raining in Baltimore.' But of all the other songs on all the other albums I like them all. I really don't know what my favorite song is. Of theirs I'd probly have to say "Middle America" I think that's what it's called anyways. I never paid much attention to the song titles. I only stuck it in my CD player and played it over and over.

I love the raspiness in Stevie Nicks voice, my fav song of is Silver Springs. Although it was a great concert it was not the same without Christine McVie in the group.

Gazette is really good, their backstage antics with miyavi are cute.

I am not too fond of Ruki's vocals though.

I love his singing in cassis, but not his louder screaming style.

I much preffer Kyo's (dir en grey) screaming.

I could listen to him scream all day long.

Lifehouse is one of my favourite bands ever! I like pretty much all their songs! Hanging By a Moment was perfect, Breathing, and Everything are just beautiful, Sick Cycle Carousel is really powerful, The Sky is Falling is one of my favourite songs to sing along too, and Quasimodo, while I'm sure it isn't intentional, actually fits wonderfully into gay rights/acceptance.
