Morning, bro.  My mom would say you got to make hay while the sun shines.   I'm at the point where my shoulder has pretty much healed, and now it's about the physio, so postponing this appt. for a few weeks is no big deal. All he would do is gauge my progress, and he has my physio reports. I don't have any questions for him, so not putting my back through the drive is the right thing. I can't really overdo my shoulder because it won't let me, and making my son happy makes me happy.

Hi gang  and a gentle  for the old aching lads

Went shopping with Mom. We bought some essentials for my brother he doesn't think about for his move like toilet paper, Tupperwares, abathroom set (little bin, cup, soap dispenser, bathmats...). And as she was sad cause he's always saying he doesn't need her things or he can buy them himself she bought me a cute pasta plate and a mini orchid. We also bought a blackberry plant
