I don't think my therapist would have changed much anyway today. Going back to more of the stretching exercises seems to be working better, so I'll keep doing them until I see her again.

Hi all, 

I'm cold brrr! I've put the heater at 21°C and have 2 pair of socks on but don't seem to warm up. My toes and fingers are so cold 🥶 it was only 8°C today.

Hi, Tink!   I'm keeping my heat at 69 F, but I keep getting chilled. Might be time to up it, but it seems wasteful with only me and Cookie here.

I'm trying to be mindful with the heating. Last year the insulation was very bad and the electricity included in the rent so I didn't really care to push it up to and being in a t-shirt. This new apartment is well insulated and the electricity bill is on me so I'm more careful. During the day and night 18°C, in the evening 20-21 and 15°C during the holidays. But tonight even under a plaid I can't seem to warm up my extremities

That's about 2 degrees more that what I had in the west of Ireland.

It's currently 6:30 pm and the temp is down to 4°C (39°F) and expected to drop to zero (32°F) or below overnight.

Greetings Albert. I'm doing okay thank you. Been packing and prepping for the trip tomorrow. We'll leave late morning and drive to NC, about halfway. Then finish the trip on Saturday. Mum is ready, she's tired of the cold.
