  I adore you too, Cassie. There are certain things I don't tell my physiotherapist.    She was pleased with my progress today, and while I'm not able to lift a two pound weight while standing, I can while laying down. I have three new exercises to do. She thinks that will make a huge difference going forward, and will strengthen the muscles that hold my ball/rotator cuff in place. She says it's likely shifting where it sits, and that's what we have to change.

She's not supposed to do anything. Even just vacuuming the living room would be stupid cause she'll spend the next 2 days in bed in pain with morphine otherwise.

Thank to their complementary health insurance every time she spend at least 2 nights in the hospital they can have 15 hours of cleaning services in the month. So sure we could managed, we did so far, but my dad works from 7am to 8pm every days and go to see his mom and visite his dad at the nursing home on Sundays. Me I'm here only on the weekends trying to do the maximum so it'll be a great help and support so we can focus more on spending time as a family instead of worrying about housecleaning. Plus it's free so why not enjoy it.

She's embarrassed to have to used the services of a cleaning lady. Her mom was a cleaning lady, it's not in our habits to have someone do the work while resting.

Poor Minion spent the day at the vet. He had a tear at his asshole  Poor guy got 2 stitches down there and a cone of shame for 10 days. Lube's the key buddy, lube's the key, you should've read some of my library
