Evening all

I finally went to see the doc this morning to address my sleeping troubles and the rest. I've been feeling on the edge and cranky the last couple of weeks. The last year is catching up to me...

He gave me a small dose of alprazolam to take in the morning and at night and called the cancer unit shrink so we can get in contact as she's specialized in patients and their families too and knows what we're/I'm going through. 

It hasn't been easy to admit to myself but I need to be strong for me, for my family and also to be prepared and not totally collapse when the end will strick

Of course you need to be strong for your family but they need to be strong for you too. This is something that effects all of you. I hope the medicine helps.

It's important for you to take care of yourself also.  Seeing the cancer unit shrink is a good idea.
