The less time spent in hospital the better. People can get sick going there. Did the docs fully answer any questions he or you had?

Well  I am just glad his heart is in good enough shape to have this surgery My mother did and is now 95

Heart surgery is definitely scary, but, in reality, it has become more routine, with a lot less risk. Your dad is in my thoughts, B.
