Hey, everyone.  Had to take Sneakers to the vet, and we're back now. Nothing scary, just a routine physical. He's in excellent health.

We had some leftover ingredients from last night's dinner, so I made another batch of Chaliapin Steak tonight. This time, though, I used the onions to make a red wine sauce. I served the steak with roasted carrots and potatoes.
