My head ached and mum wasn't particularly hungry so I took a small loaf of ciabatta cut it in half and spread one side with butter sprinkled on a little salt garlic seasoning blend then about eight slices of provolone cheese. Wrapped it foil and popped it into a 400° oveb for 20 minutes.  Resulting in hot ooey gooey cheese sandwiches.

I know there are folks dealing with far more awful weather but it's raining ... again ... and it's chilly. This storm has the potential to drop well over an inch of rain in the next 24 hours. There are concerns about flash floods because the ground is saturated from the 2+ inches that fell last week. Also, we might have severe storms later. Oh, and my head aches ... I'll end my pity party. Blessed be my brothers and sisters.

I do that too and add a little ranch dressing... sometimes sliced chicken breast too... soooo good... and messy.
