Nope! Sanity is directly related to eating escargot. 

So if we were to rank the three of us from most to least sane, it'd be like this:

1. Me- never ate escargot.

We are doing well.  I had some stomach problems the beginning of the week, but all better now.  We went to a great restaurant today called Okacha.  It serves organic salads and meals.  All vegetables and meats are certified chemical free.  It was amazing food and very romantic setting.  My salad, grilled pork with vegetables and fruits salad, could have served at least 5 people.  It was huge.

Sorry to hear about your stomach but that restaurant sounds lovely, I'm glad you guys had a good time.
