The other candidat has contracted a loan to a Russian Bank to pay for her campaign for the previous elections. She hasn't reimbursed it yet, far from it. I fear what it would have meant and caused to have a president who would pretty much own her victory to Putin...  

There are rumors she won't try to run for president anymore. We'll see in 5 years.

Macron is far from perfect but he was the right choice. Plus the poor guy didn't really had a chance to prove himself during the last 5 years: over a year of weekly protests then 2 years of pandemic then a war. Hopefully he and the rest of us will have more peaceful years to come.

Thanks Sis.  We gave away Bandit several years ago, but we still have Beast (name was upgraded when he stopped being a kitten.  ).

I've actually haven't slept tonight... I just been so preoccupied with finding and retrieving images of Chiquita from an old tablet. Why has that taken all night, you ask? Well, the thing is, I haven't touched this tablet at all in four years, so I first had to charge it up from literally 0%, so that took some time, lol. And then, when I finally turned it on, which began the real ordeal, lol. See, I first tried connecting the tablet to my laptop via a USB port, so I could easily move files around, but... practically every folder from the tablet that I clicked on came up empty. 

All right, I'll just email myself Chiquita's images! Oh wait... my tablet is no longer able to connect to google apps, so Chrome and Gmail are a no-go. But the tablet does have it's own native email and browser apps. So, I first tried emailing Chiquita's pictures using that app, but... my phone notified me that an "unknown app" had tried to sign into my account and had blocked it for security reasons... okay browser, you're up. And amazingly, after getting to google.com, I was able to sign into my account, and access gmail, and I was finally able to send the images of Chiquita that I wanted. 

Anyways, it's rather laborious needing to attach each image I want to an email. So later today, I'm gonna ask my tech-savvy brother to help me transfer all my files from my tablet to my laptop in a more efficient manner, lol.
