And hardly at all, since that area is from 0 to 100 m in elevation, and your 30 feet is roughly 9 meters. I doubt your plan will flood even 1% of Texas.

There's a phrase for that.  Lightweight!  Had to laugh since one of the friends last night had two bottles of beer, and almost went to sleep.  Not pass out, he wasn't even tipsy.

Sure, make me make the tough choice. However, since mum and I host a Thanksgiving dinner for friends and neighbors, and have for the last 50+ years, I'll have to cling to my integrity.

That would be me, if you could even get me to drink beer, don't like the stuff. Now cider or spirit based drinks ... still, alchohol makes me sleepy. Always has. As a kid when I was sick and needed to sleep my dad would dose me with a couple fingers of apricot brandy. I'd sleep soundly through the night.
