I just spent hours laying out my new flooring planks to find the best pattern. It was worth it, though, because I am pleased with what I figured out. I took a photo before I picked it all back up again. I'll start tomorrow because doing all that fussing wore me out.

That’s the author's/artist's/creative's/maker's eternal problem. You know where the mistakes are. You can’t help but see them. The rest of us don’t even notice because all we see is the final product that looks good.
