I love Swedish style 'pytt-i-panna' with fried eggs sunny side up and pickled beets on the side. Best hangover food ever. I also make this Indian beetroot stew with loads of cumin. 5

You can add the juniper & rosemary stew to it as well, if you want - and you like the taste, of course.
