Last night at the grocery store, I was reading Food Network magazine in the checkout line, and it said that 80% of people in America admit to eating macaroni and cheese for breakfast. So, guess what I ate today?

I made it. It was the "blue box" kind, because I was too impatient to make anything from scratch, but I added some bacon bits. It was very satisfying.

My cat, Tesla, lost her sister Lovelace back in November. Lovelace was only 3... She died from liver failure. She'd eaten something toxic. I feel really guilty cause I didn't realise she was sick until it was too late, and I feel like I should have. She was eating less, and I ought to have taken her to the vet straight away, but I waited too long.

So... happy Dad here! My son traded his sports car in last night on a front wheel drive, safer car. It's beautiful. I thought he might back out, but he didn't. he loved that car, but it was rear wheel drive, and not safe for our winters. I am so relieved. He picks the new one up when he gets back from his Cuba vacation.
