Hey T, my day is going well. I had a free morning soI slept in a bit and did some studying, then class and now having a tea before more studying. All in all a slow day, perfect to start the week.

We both had a relaxed day.  Like you, Aod slept in a bit.  I got up as usual then did a little cleaning, cooking and lots of reading.

Well... technology is amazing... I finally contacted a sleep medicine specialist close to where I live, for a consultation.  They gave me a whole list of things to fill out before a video call appointment.  The consultation on the video call lasted just about 5 minutes, the forms I filled out were basically enough.  Now we have to deal with my insurance to make sure they'll approve a sleep study.
