Last night we had for diner

Louisiana-Style Tilapia with Potato Wedges, Red Cabbage Slaw & Spicy Remoulade! So darn good!❤️‍🔥

I have been steaming fish in aluminum foil mmmmm I might need to buy some more. A dash of butter, a bed of veggies (Asian greens usually) and a bit of spring onion. The fish sits on top and into the oven. Tastes so good
