Actually, Michigan has eight species of crawfish, two of which are invasive. We don't really seem to do anything with them, though. *shrugs* When I was a kid, I remember visiting an inland lake that was positively teeming with them. I realized that they like to hide under old freshwater clam shells, so I set up a bunch of the shells as "traps" to catch them. I had quite a few in my bucket, but was forced to release them afterwards. 5

You might be able to mail order frozen ones but that would likely be prohibitively expensive. 4 1
