i'm grumpy. physio today... took bandage off... yes... my son helped... looks good to me... four small holes and a lot of bruising.

Arthroscopic heals much faster than traditional surgery. I was swimming inside of a week after getting my knee fixed. Took longer for the bruising to fade than the pain!

I will never forget my wood grain bruise when I fell through my roof. Deep purple and took forever to disappear

Mum says, no reason to be grumpy. The wound looks good, you're healing, the physio is a good thing and the bruising will go away. Now be a good lad and get on with it. Of course she was tired of the broken wrist within five days so ...

Oh my oh my oh my... I got my parcel filled with tea goodies today. I got so much stuff. Thanks for the gifts, Past Me.

So the plans are to make a multicolored iced tea for Pride (October here) I’m calling it EquiTEA which according to Google is also a tea for horses. Who knew? And an experiment of berry powders to make a super milkshake mix.
