I finally threw out a green sleeveless shirt that had been with me for decades. It was like getting a hug when I put it on, but you could see my nipple through it when I said good bye.

We take a lot of stuff for granted. Even small things like a bandaid on a finger highlights how much we use bits of our body all the time.

Ugh dad has a green and white long sleeves polo like that. He wears it almost every Sunday to do housework. I think it's actually older than me and grow bigger with him. I've tried putting in the dryer to make it smaller, throwing it but it always manage to survive

Perhaps a bit less rubbing and tugging would have proved less wear 'n tear on the shirt.
