"Now that shows just how fresh the food in this store really is!" (I can get a whole gamut of different reactions to that one) 5

As was Frankfurt in Germany, where I'll be in a few week's time. Just hope it's cooled down a bit by then... We're expecting another heatwave mid to end of August 4 3

clochette Posted July 29, 2019 Posted July 29, 2019 (edited) Afternoon Albert and the rest of the gang! It's reasonably hot today, just perfect summer weather with a light breeze from time to time. I went shopping with my bro this afternoon and I've just finished putting the finishing touch (almost) to the crochet bag have been working on for the last 2 weeks at least. I couldn't find the pattern and couldn't figure out how to do the design I first wanted to do (you know how it's hard to move on from the first idea you had and fell in love with) and I've been pulling my hair trying to do something I'd be happy with. I've finally create this https://mobile.twitter.com/WallonMarine/status/1155867577937252352 and I'm very happy with how it came out in the end. It's a gift for my cousin were going down to see near Grenoble in August. Edited July 29, 2019 by clochette 1 4

There is even one with pickled beetroot - beetroot, goats cheese and chili jam. I know @Marty likes the landscape shots but the photography is great too. It's a book that makes you hungry Hello, Mr. B! 2

I've nothing against it, indeed I enjoy looking at many of the excellent shots I have seen from other people. I just can't seem to do it justice myself, though. Seeing the words Grilled Cheese makes my mouth water. Just seeing the word cheese does, if I'm to be truthful. (Actually, just thinking the word in my head does the same). Hey, Marty! 4

Many years ago, whilst I was still at university, some of the experiences I had after sampling a variety of mystical substances made me realise that even the 'reality' that we think we normally experience is almost certainly not the totality of all realities....
