Actually, I think you should take it as a compliment, in that they're acknowledge you literary curiosity, unless the laugh derisively after making that statement.

Lately I’ve been feeling like every day is like stepping in a puddle of cat puke, I feel you, or accurately I feel for you, let’s not make this weird.

hope you day gets better, if not have some delicious hot wings, hot wings makes everything better

I've got to hand it to the 1979 version of Salems Lot.  It got a grown ass King fan shrieking "I don't like it" and clawing at the back of the couch like an angry cat whenever Ralphie Glick showed up.  My mom was laughing her ass off.

Finally had a second to sit down and write a bit.  My cat climbed into the toilet to drink some water (instead of the nice clean water by their food) and then pranced all over my notes with her wet feet.  I can barely make anything out.

Well, if you don't give her majesty enough attention... that's your fault :P

Do you write by hand?!?

The Princess gets plenty, don't worry.

I write on my laptop some, but a lot by hand.  I find it more convenient.

What people tell me:  If you make a list before going to the store, you won't forget items.

Me:  Makes a list, goes to store, forgets to bring list.

My advice, make a list on your phone, you can make it like a checklist that you can mark as complete.

I don't know. Sometimes I need a list for that list, then I forget where the dang list is. BUT, I get through it, and so will you :)

Went to go see The Long Walk.  Skipping the rest of my plans to come home, curl up under a blanket and read something cute, cause damn.

Was the film that bad?

It wasn't bad at all, but it was tough to watch and a little gruesome at parts.

If you're cool enough to be hanging out here, you're probably cool enough to check out my sneak peak of Hazardous.

I tried, but I guess I'm not deemed cool enough. Alas, I am saddened now.

I wrote a thing.  Feel free to check it out if you like fantasy with a little bit of WTF mixed in.

I think you should read it. It's a great premise and chapter one was pretty compelling.
