Great story
just a point of fact: not many 19 y/o would be in high school in the US, unless they were held back a year. Most HS students graduate at 17/18 .
Hooray! Jack finally made it through the MEAT grinder and got the perfect boy. Some of the others still seem a mess, however (Jeff... looking at you bud).
Damn it Ronyx, you caught me up in one of your stories AGAIN! Thanks for another emotional rollercoaster!
I seriously wanted to bail at the start of Chapter 10. Matt deserved so much better.
But, he prevailed, and made it through some very rough years and events.
In the end, he got huge karmic payback, and can move on with his (much more normal) happy life.
Stop it, seriously. Just stop it. 😉
When will the next story come out? 😄😄😄
Oh man I hated starting this chapter. I almost stopped reading the story. So many wrong things happened since the end of the last chapter, but I think others have said what I wanted to. So much for a best friend in Ricky 😢
Loved this story. Normal life events, nothing dark or too deep, just a confused teen figuring out his life, and finding happiness after some of life's ups and downs.
Loved the Epilogue. My eyes somehow sprung a leak during the tattoo session! 😭
Life just comes at you sometimes. I'm going on 4 YEARS unemployment (older, too much experience, etc). Luckily I've been frugal and have a decent nest egg. Life continues! Let's not count 2020 and 2021, the Covid years (Omicron may extend that).
Also wanted to mention I loved all the MA references. I lived there 24 years, so had personal experience with many of your references 😄
Thanks again, hopeful to see some shiftin' going on soon! 🐺🐯🐻
"They all didn’t need to be reminded how expensive Boston was"... umm 7/8 figure settlements make this a little less daunting?
Loved the story... on to Epilogue
I have read both "A Tattoo for Lex" (loved it) and "When Opportunity Knocks" (liked it too, tho the 'doctor' part of the plot creeped me the F out!).
I enjoy your writing style, that's why I'm reading this story, because I knew Jarren from ATfL. I'll probably take your advice on the other two!
Looking forward to your take on Shifters, I enjoy those as well!
Sorry I'm not much into the d/s stuff, so this chapter was kind of a skip for me.
Look up 'vanilla' and you might see my picture there 😄
I am enjoying the story in general, however. For me, the sex scenes are a minor part of the longer stories.
Wow I have good timing... just checked back in this morning to see if the story was complete! I hate waiting for a story to finish, so typically don't read them until they are completed.
Nice work, I loved reading this. Hoping to see more, or have you get back to the other 'universe' (Mason and Vincent) and finish the tales (tails?) there
I left a review, but wanted to add this:
This story reminded me of the song "Save the Best for Last" by Vanessa Williams.
It fits perfectly with the plot line.
I was thinking the same. James would be 13/14 if in 8th grade, likely quite a bit taller than Nick. Nick should be dressing himself. He's a kind of a Daddy's boy.
Good story. I enjoyed reading, but a bit too much "suspension of belief" (IMO) with all of the events happening in the course of a few months. In real life, it would be years for all of this to happen.
That's pretty funny, I lived across the street from Buca de Beppo when I lived in Las Vegas! They have great food, just be prepared for a large meal, it's all family style, no such thing as single portions!
Just a matter of reality... I don't think a 7 y/o would have an appendage larger than a 17 y/o
