  1. Hey, Myr. I have a question about the comment box (if that's what it's called). I haven't found this question anywhere, so hopefully I'm the only one having this issue. Every time I click on the comment box to write a comment for a review, or a forum post (ha, it just came up now!), I keep getting this extremely annoying bar that comes up. It says: 'Enter your text; hold ctl and right click for more options.' This comes up every single time I'm typing, no matter where I am in the comment box. It's so very annoying, and frequently it comes up right over the words I'm typing! Is there any way to get rid of this? Thank you in advance, Myr!

    Chapter 10

I was smiling at CG's confession that he read the whole story somewhere else. That's what I did way back when you were posting it on that one site, and you would update it weekly, I think. But on your own site, you updated it quicker, so I just started reading all your stuff there. Anyhoo...I really enjoyed this chapter, Ron. I think Penny is awesome, and she's going to be a terrific friend to Jayden. I also love her parents, especially her dad. I'm glad Troy feels comfortable with Jayden helping him. I hope they really lock those bastards he calls cousins up for life! I'm kind of nervous for Jayden. Could he be putting the Neals in danger? His other asshole cousin and his crazy aunt might come after him also. I don't remember everything about the story, so I'm looking forward to more!

    Chapter 29

This was one of my favorite chapters, Lit! I loved the party! Everyone got along, and even Bryce was nice to Alek and thanked him, of all things! I think Nathan may be a bit insecure when it comes to Bryce. Maybe he thinks since Bryce has been around the block a time or two (or three, or four...), he's more experienced. Maybe he thinks Bryce will look at him as being too inexperienced. Either way, though, I think Nathan needs to make the first move. Liam and Alek should have invited Nathan along when they go out the next day. Or Bryce could have turned to him (after Nathan's blunder) and asked him to join them. Anyway...it was a terrific chapter, Lit!

    Chapter 9

Hey, Ron! I've been away from GA for about a month (Ikr???? Long time!), but I was so happy when Val told me you were posting this story! I'm sorry if it caused you any distress. Although I haven't logged in over the past four weeks, I've been catching up with this story on my phone. This is one of my favorite stories of yours, well, that's not really fair to say because I love ALL your stories! But this one in particular struck a chord with me. Anyway, I came by to say thank you for posting it, and now I have another chapter to catch up on!

    Chapter 28

I was sitting here with my mouth gaping open when I heard Alek's mom called him to wish him a happy birthday AND to tell him she loved him. Good for her, even though she never should have put him through that shit. Now if only his father would stop being such a bigoted asshat... I loved the party! Alek's sisters were wonderful, and everyone seemed to get along. I can't wait to find out who's having a talking to with Alek! My guess it's Corey, since Marty isn't there. Great chapter, Lit!

    Chapter 27

That was a great chapter, Lit! I really love the friendship between Liam and Corey. It's wonderful to have a boss you can really talk to about things. Especially confessions of being horny and shooting off too quickly! Now Liam and Alek have their physical connection as well as the emotional connection. It'll probably get physical again once they start picking up all that popcorn! I'm looking forward to the party!
  7. Oh, Lacey! I was just about to say welcome home, when I read you're back in the hospital. But a different hospital. I hope you're doing better. I'm wishing you a speedy recovery!
  8. HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY, RENEE!!!!! I hope you had a wonderful day!

  10. HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY, JAMES!!!!! I hope you had an awesome day!
  11. HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY, WESLEY!!!!! I hope you had a terrific b-day!

    Chapter 26

Wonderful chapter, Lit! I could feel how nervous Alek was, hoping he didn't screw anything up with their date. It's good Alek stopped Liam when they were messing around. I have a feeling if they wound up in the bedroom (or on the couch, or on the floor ), Liam would have regretted moving so fast. Ok, on to the next chapter! I think I have a lot to catch up on.

    Chapter 9

Yeah, add mine to the list of hearts that broke. Jesus. How did they go from each falling for the other (unbeknownst to the other), to Marcus walking out of Andy's life? I think Andy really needs to speak to John (is that his name? His priest roommate?). It seems John may know a thing or two. Ok, on to the next chapter.
  14. Wow, I've just been treated to the Reader's Digest version of Sunday school! Anyhoo, so I've been following this story on my phone, so I'll just comment on the last few chapters that I didn't read on the computer. Oh, before I start, I was going to log in on my phone only to comment on the chapter where Dustin beat Brett to a pulp. But I didn't...anyway, Billy's an idiot; he should have called 911. Brett had a head injury, and you never fool around with head injuries and concussions. Brett went to sleep pretty much right after the fight, right? That's the last thing he should have done. I really hope that Dustin is ok, but I'm fearing the worst. I'm glad Brett told Dustin's birth-giver that it was his own father who raped him. His birth-giver's an ass (but we already knew that), taking her scum of a husband back. Dustin acts like any abused person; it doesn't matter what their abuser does to them, they think it's their fault. They think they deserve it. They still love their abuser. If he gets through this alive, I hope he gets some massive therapy. I'm anxiously awaiting the next chapter, Mr. Squirrel!

    Pins and Needles

No worries, Jeff! I've actually been reading the latest book at night on my phone. This is the first time I've logged in in A MONTH!!! Shit! That's the longest time I've ever been away from GA! I do have to start reviewing the new book.
  16. Omg, I'm gone for a month and I missed so many things!!! Thanks, Tim. I hope your vaca was good. Where did you go?
  17. What a great review, William! I loved this story! You HAVE GOT to read Cassie's stories, Dodger!! Geeks is a must read, all her anthos, Not the Sun, Jabberwocky, The in Between (these three stories go together), Into the Deep, Hurricane Lamps...there are so many other stories of Cassie's here too. Start reading her stuff, Dodger, you won't be sorry.
  18. What an awesome interview, Val! Congrats! It's always a pleasure working with you, Val, and you know how I love your stories! And that feet thingy sounds cool. I should try it. I'll probably wind up like Addy and almost falling on my...face.

    Chapter 24

What a scary night for Bryce. That's horrible what happened to him, and unfortunately, things like that happen. But now he's afraid to go back out there to the clubs, and his trust is totally gone. As everyone else is saying, I hope there's a future for Bryce and Nathan.

    Enemy Territory

Jesus. First they have to get rid of Pastor (Father?) Carl (I thought it was Pastor (Father?) Steve in the last few chapters?), then they have to lock Joey up before he winds up raping somebody. Too bad Billy can't blackmail Joey, even though now he has a few things on him. How the hell can that congregation be applauding and cheering for that bigot? Poor Nate. What's he gonna do now that he got thrown out of his house? I have liked Billy's mom, but now I'm seriously thinking she has a few screws loose if she believes all the venom that Bible thumper is spewing. And please let Brett's mom remember her son's birthday!!!!! Awesome chapter, Mr. Jeff Squirrel.

    Chapter 20

Galen is just breaking my heart. Michael/Roger broke him, and I think he's going to need a lot of therapy for him to start to deal with what happened to him. At least now Liam knows he can't leave Galen alone. This was an emotional, heartbreaking chapter, Val. I gotta be honest, I was sitting at the edge of my seat while reading this, so I was doing more reading than editing. Luckily, you're such a great writer that I barely do anything!

    Chapter 23

Marty is such a wonderful best friend/brother! I loved how both Liam and Alek were watching the other and not paying attention to the move. This was another great chapter, Lit.

    Chapter 22

Jeez, I had to sift through TWO PAGES of comments!!!! WTG, Lit! I loved how nervous Liam was before Alek rang the bell. Bryce was very comical also. A tad jealous too when Nathan's name came up. And he was staying in on a Friday night...hmm...hoping Nathan would call? Their date went swimmingly, and I love how Alek has changed. Great chapter, Lit!

    The Plowing Day

Oh, Mr. Squirrel, you're not going to spoil their happiness now, are you? I agree that Brett is doing great now, taking his meds, doing better in school, controlling his impulses...that's awesome. I also agree that Billy's dad knows what's going on. I'm sure Paula does too, but as someone said (maybe in the comments from the previous chapter), she's in denial, and I have a feeling things are not going to go well when she finally gets her head outta her ass.
  25. Personally, I think the driving instructor should have taken the blame for that. Didn't he say he meant Billy should turn into the entrance up ahead, not the exit? He should have passed him. Nothing will change when he takes the test next week; he passed everything already. Paula expounding on the virtues of Joey had my blood pressure rising. She should really listen to her son when he says Joey's a two-faced ass. I'm really feeling badly for Dustin. He may be getting beat up by his father and/or sister, but he could also be getting beat up by the johns he's servicing in the park bathroom. Mike and Billy were the only people he felt safe with. Now he burned his bridges with Mike, and he barely acknowledges Billy. He feels he's got no one in his corner. Ok, on to the next chapter.
