I totally agree w/Daithi; all Maxie ever tried to do was to be friends with Jesse. It's been Jesse all along who's been treating Maxie like shit. I am happy that Maxie stuck out the olive branch and Jesse took it. Of course Jesse did apologize a while back, but Maxie had to calm down first before he could acknowledge him. Can't wait to read the next chapter!

I agree w/KC - this chapter was way too short! I also want to know what happened to Dave's jacket. I know it's not like Nick could just waltz up to him in school and hand him his jacket. lol Dave's friends would have a field day. lol Dave is battling all sorts of emotions now. I'm looking forward to seeing what comes next.

Billy man, you're killing me! Just when I let go of the breath I was holding throughout the chapter, BOOM! Another cliffe! I'm hoping it's what Benji said: maybe it's just an animal in the road or something, not like a semi coming at them at 90 mph. I hope Andy's tests come out negative. I want him and Joey to live a "happily ever after" life, or as much as "happily ever after" could be in high school. lol The murder investigation is getting very interesting. I bet Fleming planted the damn shirt in JT's house! I can't believe he's willing to compromise a murder investigation and jeapordize his career over Judge Collins' maybe- Govenor nomination. As always Billy, I'm anxiously waiting for the next update!

What a beautiful ending. I loved hearing about everything Micah had done in the past five years. I was also wary when I read that it was July of 2001 in the city. I was hoping you weren't going to make this into a real tearjerker. Luckily it was a good tearjerker. Momma M got to see Micah perform, Betty had her time onstage and Steve had a night he will never forget. Wonderful story rec! I'd love to read a "sequel" about Steve if you do write one.

Uh oh, this is an all out war. I love the code red and code black names. Bray is pretty funny. It's just too bad Ryan and Keylan were Bray's and Jade's best friends. Now look at how far they fell. That's pretty sad when former best friends are fighting one another. And over what? Totally not worth it. But it makes for an exciting story. lol

Great story! Wth is with Jesse's attitude? He's all nice and chatty and flirty with Si, but the next minute he's a nasty s.o.b. to Maxie. Can't wait to see how this pans out.

I can't believe Dave left Nick like that! I thought he was going to offer to take him to his house. Just b/c Dave was scared of his own reaction to Nick. And Craig, wtf? He's a violent drunk. Nick has to tell Zoe and they both should kick his ass to the curb. I'm anxiously awaiting the next chapter.

Wow, I KNEW Linda was up to no good. She's just a good actress and Nick is so starved for affection and wanting to feel "normal" he fell for it. Poor Nick. It just broke my heart when I read about the birthday parties he went to and sat in the corner b/c no one would play with him, So sad. At least now he knows that Linda's full of shit and anything she said about Dave was probably bullshit too. Ok, on to chapter four.

Adam, Adam, Adam, I can't believe there's only two chapters left. This is like my favorite story on here! I look for this every day. Ok, well, maybe every year. lol J/K Sometimes I just want to take Andy and smack him upside his head. lol Thank God everything's good with him and Matt again. I totally understand Julie's anger, jealousy, and confusion when she first found out about Matt and Andy. Julie and Angie are two remarkable women. Truthfully, I probably couldn't do it. I'm way too jealous and insecure and I could never share. So I give these women so much credit. They did a wonderful thing at the end of the chapter. Julie has come a long way. This was a beautiful chapter and I'm going to be so, so sad when it's all over. =)

Dammit, I almost went through a box of Kleenex. I hope you're happy. Poor Elliot, having to deal with such a senseless tragedy. He'll never be the same. But now he's talking to Chance, a boy who he's watched and drawn since the beginnng of the year and hopefully this will be a new start for him. Terrific chapter Yanks. This story just keeps getting better and better. Just wish you posted more often. Oh, I had a question: Elliot said he was nine when the tragedy happened. Now five years later he still thinks about it. (of course he'll think about it for the rest of his life) My question is, he's fourteen? And Chance is fourteen also? I don't know why I thought they were a bit older. I'll have to go back to the beginning and see how old they're supposed to be. Anyway, as always, looking forward to the next installment.

I don't even have puppies anymore and I'm STILL getting up at all hours of the night/morning to let them out. lol Jake gets more adorable with each chapter. Well, even if there are only two. lol I wonder what Jake could have done to warrant a parent/teacher conference? Looking forward to more Renee!

Now Brice knows what Justin and Cody felt whenever he mentioned hanging out with one or the other. I loved the whole scene with Jet and Cody. That was really beautiful. And Bray reminds me of a little older Maxie. Still just as adorable. And smart it seems. lol As always Andrew: looking forward to more.

Dammit, the chapter's over. I want more.....lol Nick and Dave are both funny b/c they relish their "relationship" and look forward to the teasing and the banter every day. What would be the fun of that if they became friends? lol As it is, Nick hasn't been his normal self the past week or so and life for Dave has become somewhat boring with no one to pick on. The dynamic of their "relationship" is very interesting. And Linda is a B.I.T.C.H. What the hell does he even see in her? Well, except for her looks and her popularity. But her personality is lacking. Now I'm anxiously waiting for the next chapter. Awesome story Thorn.

The whole "dating" (smirk, smirk), site scene was hysterical! Dan is so, so naive. He totally had no clue that the guys on those sites are only looking for one thing. They're hungry alright, but not for food. lol He's way too innocent to be on sites like that. David had an interesting suggestion. But my question is: how the heck does HE know about online stories? Hmmmmm? Mixed signals, no kidding. But of course he could be talkng about the m/f stories, but still, aren't they mainly written for girls, lol. This was the funniest chapter to date. What's the sense in coming out when ur friends can't find a boyfriend for you? lol Now is the 'ur' supposed to be 'you're'? B/c when I'm texting, I type 'ur' if I want to say 'you're' and if I want to say you are I type u r. Am I doing it all wrong? Oh, and Dan should do a face-plant. He typed 'your' when it should have been 'you're' to the bilad24 guy. Just sayin'...

I'm also glad they'll be a couple of epilogues. This was a terrific story and I'm thrilled Betty finally was finally able to at least accept David being in Micah's life. I think everything else will come in time. I look forward to the epilogues.

Ugh! Too short! Too short! The chapter was too short. lol Danny bear is so cute when he's plastered! But he really thought the warm vodka was more refreshing than cold water? I liked Michael's mom's advice. Too bad she didn't let him finish talking though. lol She might have been in for a surprise. lol

So now Bray figures out Jade likes him. Well, that's good. I still like Mitch though. lol Don't know if I trust Korbyn. Loved the, "I still hate you." comment. That was funny. But seriously, if Korbs is mainly talking to Jade, why bother being in the clique? lol And wth was Keylan doing hanging with David? And he's back with Kimmie the ho? Omg, what is this world coming to? As always, looking forward to more.

I tried to find somewhere where I could comment again and I only found it in the reviews for chapter one. I must not have reviewed this one.... Anyway....last night after I turned the computer off I was thinking: What happened to Tom????? I meant to ask that in my review but I forgot. Zach's cuteness just took over. But seriously, is Tom ok? Why didn't people seem worried?

Yes, David is smart. He finally realized what might get to her. At least his "story" made her think. I just hope she can (as I said in the last review), get the f over herself and be their for Micah. And if that means accepting David, then so be it. I know she doesn't want to lose Micah and telling David he has to leave is only going to push Micah further away from her. I hope she makes the right decision.

Well poop. The sammiches (is that the way he said it?), sounded terrific. lol Zach is most adorable, as Lydia said. I think he is exactly what Lydia and Richard need to sort of start to live again, especially Lydia. Zach's rationalization of how Lydia and Richard are his grandparents really heped L&R. They just need a little spitfire like Zachy to dote on. And Fitz, you never fail to make me cry. Richard's apology was so hearfelt and beautiful I definitely shedded a few tears. You know, I'm reading this other story that has to do with a twin who winds up getting shot and killed in an high school shooting. Horrible, I know. But their parents are going through the same thing that Lydia and Richard did with Tom. It's so painful for them to look at the surviving twin that they're unconsciously shunning him. And he's going through his own horrible grief. And you certainly know how to get those emotions out to the readers. I'm looking forward to the hearing; I know that Willow doesn't have a chance in hell at getting custody back. It's hard to believe it's only been a week since they got Zach. It seems like forever ago. lol

Damn, I used up all my 'likes' already, but I just logged in. lol Wow, what an emotional chapter, podium. Poor Thomas, he's so rough on himself. The horrible thing is that b/c of his home life, he thinks he's worthless and stupid. "Stupid is as stupid does." I don't know why I didn't think of it sooner, but that's what Forrest Gump used to say, right? Thomas has such a poor self-image and Kyle was only trying to make him feel better. I know Jacob didn't mean Thomas any harm, but really, what was he thinking? It wasn't like a little punch to the arm, like when someone's kidding. And Kyle sort of went off the deep end. Wow, I would hate to be Jacob during that tirade. Hopefully they made up and won't get into any fights at Kyle's house. I'm sure Amanda's looking forward to some more PDA. lol I'm proud of Bill for throwing out the booze. He really needs to be there for those boys and he needs to be focused. Terrific chapter podium. As always, I look forward to the next one.

Betty needs to get the f over herself. She is so judgemental and critical it's amazing her kids turned out so well. That must be b/c of Stan. He's the rock that keeps the family together. So I guess it's anyone her kids are with that she doesn't like. It just gets worse for Micah and Robert. I'm proud of Stan for sticking up for Micah and David and not bowing down to Betty's asinine demands. And so Betty cried herself to sleep and felt anguish over the fact that she should have been playing with Micah downstairs. Well, she could have been, but she's too stupid to put her fears behind her and embrace her son and his b/f. So her little pity party was only brought on by her. Wow, I really don't like her much, do I? lol

Ok, so now after months of shunning his friends, Bray decides he wants them back b/c he needs their support? Hmmm, I wonder if they will come back to him. I feel really bad for Mitch. I see Bray's side of it, but I also think that Mitch deserves a chance to speak his peace. Unfortunately, I think there are lots of guys who do stupid shit just to get their friends off their backs. It's too bad Bray doesn't have anyone to talk to this about. If he talks to Jade about it, he'll be outing himself and Mitch.
