Good for Micah for standing up for himself. What a pompous ass Asher was! Forbidding adults from doing things not related to the campus at all. He can't do that, lol. I think it's a great idea for Micah to get out of there and go to Whitman. Micah is so funny, he (you), had me cracking up! Frontage, hehe.

I love this story KC! It was safe for Asher to serve the obnoxious Michael drinks at the bar, but now that Michael's not that much of an ass, he's in trouble. lol Terrific chapter KC!

Bray's so funny! He's worried Mitch is going to take him in the woods and shoot him. lol I still don't get him though. I bet all his friends are wondering what the hell they did wrong. I'm sure they would never think it was all b/c they didn't offer to help him clean up his mess. I'm sorry, Bray really is childish. He was willing to throw away all those years of friendship with those guys just b/c they didn't get on their hands and knees with napkins and help him clean up? That's asinine. Especially if they are clueless why suddenly one of their best friends is now not speaking to them. Anyway, I'm glad things are looking up with Bray and Mitch. I think I'm glad. I really like his other friends though. But I really hope he grows up a bit in the coming chapters. Looking forward to the next update.

Oh come on, rec! Everything went so well for Micah these past two days and now he has to deal with the college suits. Damn. I hope they don't kick him out. Wait, they can't do that, can they? I loved seeing Jake and Robbie again. I think they're terrific. The part of the chapter when they first arrived in Seattle and Micah didn't even know if Jake and Robbie still lived in the house, never mind being home, was really funny. Poor David. =)

Those were beautiful words Micah wrote. Brought tears to my eyes. Micah is definitely brave and even braver b/c he wants to face the 'firing squad' (if there is one), alone. Ok, on to the next chapter. I can't keep up with you rec. lol

Hearing Tony's side of the story was so sad. See, there's always two sides to every story. It was wonderful to see all the boys in Nate's cabin sticking up for Tony. Mark really could have gone off the deep end with him and not cared about anyone else, but luckily he's a really good guy. As for Jack, he needs to be taught another lesson. Hmm, who else could beat him up and get away with it? lol Oh, Houdinii, you keep spelling clothes, without the 'e' - cloths. And when you wrote 'all in vein' (or something like that), it's vain. All in vain. As always, looking forward to the next update.

I pretty much agree w/Stephen. He always leaves such great reviews, it's hard to top them.=) But I'll try...I agree Siggi has a lot of baggage and you know James that I agree about Dmitri being a ho. He's admitting to banging Siggi in one breath and the next breath he's playing tonsil hockey with Gunni. Gunni's so sweet and innocent and I think Dmitri's confusing him. If I were Gunni, I'd be confused wondering if Dmitri just wanted to be a good friend who I make out with every day, or if he really wants to get in my pants. lol Aside from Dmitri's ho status, his admission about Siggi to Gunni was very sad. I'm glad Jo was there for Gunni to talk to. Again. Does he have a straight brother or something? Cousin? Best friend? Or can you just clone him and send him to the states? lol I'll even pay the FedEx charges.

Chapter 15: Cousin Interference
Lisa commented on intune's story chapter in Chapter 15: Cousin Interference
Intune, you're back! What an angst-ridden chapter. lol Sam is waiting to hear from Lucca, but Lucca is waiting to hear from Sam. Jeremy is sticking his nose where it doesn't belong and screwing everything up. lol And Matt, well, Matt's not really in the picture. Oh, and Addie isn't even involved with any of this. haha I hope the next chapter will start when Jeremy was telling Lucca how he may have screwed things up. Great chapter intune! Can't wait for the next one. -
What a terrific chapter rec! Micah was very brave putting his heart and soul out there for David. His little speech to David was beautiful. David has every right to be cautious b/c he just doesn't want Micah "wanting" him b/c he helped him so much in the past couple of years. And he's afraid that once Micah gets his fill or whatever, he'll leave him. This chapter seemed like it could be the end...I hope not.

Well I can definitely tell your writing has gotten better just from this chapter. I think Bray is a little drama queen diva who totally overreacted. lol I mean really, get a grip. What were his friends supposed to do? Help him mop up the mess with napkins when he had the mop? Yep, little diva. But Korbyn - he was way out of line. He's the newbie in the group. Does he think he's just going to take over? And why didn't his friends tell Korb to back off? And what's with Mitch and CJ? What do all the kids do in Jason's room? And what does Jason do all day since he already graduated high school? Now I'm anxiously awaiting the next chapter.

I'm glad Micah's getting back into the swing of things with his violin, even if it's in a string quartet. There's nothing wrong with that. I think Betty would be really pleased. And what was with Micah's earlier question to David about taking their relationship to the next level? And David saying he'd think about it. Aren't they still just really good friends?

Love the new story Renee! No one can resist a little boy OR a puppy! lol I'm looking forward to reading more.

I applaud Trevor in standing up for what he knew was the right thing to do even if he knew he was going to get in trouble. This story had me screaming at my computer for the asinine people such as Jacobson (who should be fired b/c he exhibited so much intolerance), Jeremy's father, even Trevor's parents. He stopped a hate crime and they ground him? That's absurd. They should be proud of him and should have gone right to the principal's office and demanded they lift his suspension. And Jeremy, what the hell did he get suspended for? You know what? All the suits in that school should be fired. See, the story's getting me all worked up again. Terrific writing. I wish there were more chapters. =)

Loved this story! I loved Joe; I actually thought he was pretty cute with all his boy watching. Kevin I kinda figured out but then that twist at the end made me realize I didn't figure it out. lol And yeah, I ditto Yettie: how did Kevin get JJ's number? And how did he know his name? Oh wow, maybe he's been hanging out there and just watching, biding his time. lol Yeah, ok, too creepy/stalkerish, I know. But why did Joe leave Kevin's number at JJ's? Was it by accident? Damn, I wish there was more!

I've been meaning to read this and I finally had an opportunity so I grabbed it. =) When I read the first paragraph about Bray being an alpha and Jade being his beta, all I kept thinking was, "I hope I didn't stumble on some wolf or vampire story." lol. Thank God I kept reading! I really like Bray. He's very confused with his thoughts, but then I wonder if his friends are really flirting with him, or if it's all in his mind like wishful thinking. I like Korbyn. He stands up for himself and he's not afraid of Bray, even though it seems that Bray's word is the law. lol As JoAnn said, it's a really good story. And I agree with her about you needing someone to look it over before it's posted. It's mainly due to the sentence structure. You'll start a sentence and then end it. You'll continue your train of thought from the first sentence and try to make a second sentence from it, but it doesn't work. The second sentence isn't a complete sentence. Also, you randomly capitalize the first letter of a word like in the middle of a sentence. Despite all that, it's a very entertaining story! I look forward to chapter six.

I loved the dance scene. It was beautiful and showed just how far Micah had come in his quest to find himself.

I can see Mason why Mason did what he did, but I still think he went about it the wrong way. Couldn't he have found a better way to sort of 'get some dirt' on Dylan? He took such a big risk doing what he did. He lost his friendship w/Kayyam (is that how it's spelled?). So basically, the thing he was trying to do totally backfired. Kayyam's a bigger man than I would be if he takes Mason back, even just as a friend. Great story though!

Terrific story Colin. Your scenes were so descriptive I felt like I was there w/Curt and Greg. Luckily I wasn't b/c I never would have lasted up there. lol I found myself feeling really anxious b/c I wasn't sure where this story was going and I was praying that there wouldn't be any accidents, deaths, etc. I'm so glad the story turned out the way it did. Sometimes we can't see what's right in front of us. I read that earlier today. And it's so true for this story.

Amazing. I think I was in tears from the first word. You conveyed such heartfelt emotion in this story; I really connected with the narrator. One of my good friends is positive and she is always looking on the bright side of things. Brad seemed like he always looking at the glass as half-full and not half-empty. He brought joy and love to the narrator and it was so apparent by the way the narrator spoke about him. Terrific writing.

I think Tony likes Nate. It's nice to read that the 'locals' aren't freaked out or anything over the boys. I know some people wouldn't like it if these 'juvie' camp kids invaded their church, but the locals are very nice and accepting. Great chapter Houdinii.

What a terrific story! I've read a few of your stories now and I just love the characters you create and the scenes you describe. This story was so sweet. Tay's little OCD with the candies and how mortified he was when Blake came in and saw his eccentricities was very amusing. The whole thing with Blake was terrific. That last line was wonderful. It made me cry. What a great story!

Micah has certainly grown up. He was acting very mature when he talked about getting back into his music, but doing it on his terms, not his mom's terms. So I guess the question is: Can David handle helping Micah and being around him all the time w/o his feelings of love resurfacing? And....I can't believe they drove all that way and Micah didn't even stop in at home.

Omg, I had this whole review and I hit the wrong damn button and it disappeared. Ok, Reader's Digest version: Damn that father! What the hell is wrong with him, bruising Corey and pushing him down hard enough that his palm prints are left on Corey's skin? He really needs to reel in his anger. I get that he's angry. I get that he's angry he's not a better provider. I get that he's angry they had to sell the story, move out of the house and into a small apartment because he's not a better provider. I get all that. But seriously, he needs to talk to someone before he really does more damage. He's already alienating Corey and he's starting to alienate his wife also. I can't wait unitl Corey's mom gives his father a talking-to! lol What's that saying? "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned." I think that's it. Her protective nature is kicking in and she's gonna kick some ass! Go mom! lol I do like Jenny better now that she's not trying to get into Corey's pants. lol She'll be a great friend to him and also to Clinton. Terrific chapter Krista! Can't wait for the next one.

"Danger Will Robinson, Danger!" lol Omg, who was that little robot who said that on "Lost in Space'? Jeez, I bet half of these young 'uns don't even know what "Lost in Space" is! lol Anyway.....a most hella awesome new story you've got here KC! I'm hooked. And I ditto everyone else: what is Michael's problem? Why is he always drunk and passed out somewhere? He's lucky that Asher happened to stop by when he did, otherwise his pic would have been posted all over Facebook. Not good if your boss sees that. Can't wait to find out more!

What a heartbreaking chapter. I also think Casey's parents should identify him and see what their actions did to their son. But I know they won't. They don't care at all about their son. David is a true friend. Micah must be thankful that they ran into each other again after all this time. Micah needs someone he can turn to, he needs a friend he can talk to. David was so sweet to offer to go to Idaho with Micah to spread Casey's ashes over the hot springs. Micah will definitely need David then.
