I can picture how nervous and anxious Jacob is. After all, he's inexperienced and he's never been to a place where boys run around naked all day. He's not sure what to do, how to act....he doesn't want others looking down on him or calling him stupid names. And then to top it off, he has to watch out for HIS b/f, Matthew AND Nicolas. And Nicolas already has his hands all over Kinshi, probably sending him the wrong message. lol I am hoping though that Josh and co. do NOT take advantage of these 'newbies'. They seem like really decent kids who have had a tough break in life. And of course I'm also curious about homophobic mom - where did she disappear to? Awesome chapter podium! Looking forward to the next update!

Well, thank God it wasn't Tag or Jimmy on the answering machine! But who was it? Chris may never know unless he remembers he was trying to listen to it. The machine won't be flashing anymore and there won't be any messages displayed, so him and David may completely forget about it. Hope it wasn't important..... And Tag and Jimmy tied the knot! Their love just shines thru the screen. It's incredible. And to think that after all these years their love for each other has only grown and gotten stronger. They are so lucky. And of course so are Chris and David. I can't wait till they say "I Do" again.

Hey Cia, thanks for writing! Yeah, I used up all my "All Reviews" and "Story Reviews" AND I commented after each chapter! So I used up all my lifelines it seems. I did write to the author and left a review their in his instant message box. But thanks for letting me know. I'll remember this for the next time I want to comment on an author posting (he was over a week late, after all. lol) before I read the chapter. =)

Well apparently I used up all my "All Reviews" and "Story Reviews" options and I had reviewed each chapter after I read it. It just happened that the story was just posted awhile ago and I went into the review to comment how I was glad it was posted, etc.., then I went back to read it. Of course then I couldn't review again. This system sucks. Pardon my French. There are other sites where you can review more than once. Anyway, I sent the author a private message with my review, so that'll have to do. Thanks for writing back though.

So, I'm assuming GA doesn't let readers review a story more than once so they control the number of reviews/pages in the review section. I actually commented on a chapter of a story before reading it, so now I can't review it at all. Which really stinks. Because my comment wasn't on the chapter (I hadn't read it yet). Now I can't review. Is there any way to get around this? I already checked the "all reviews" and the "story reviews" sections, and I couldn't review there either.

Quick question: if Calabasas (did I spell that right?) has its own high school, why doesn't Cam go there? And jeez, I thought our h.s. of almost 3,000 kids was a lot. lol So I totally think Trace overreacted seeing Christian or is is Christain, with that girl. She could have just grabbed his hand spontaneously, and besides, his body language just screamed, anger. Trace really shouldn't have acted so nasty to him. And it wasn't until halfway through the third chapter that I realized Blair is the Queen B! Hahah, and I didn't even put two and two together until this last chapter! I am so slow. Of course I haven't watched "Gossip Girl" in about a year, so yeah. Oh, and if Cam thinks Josh is gonna break up w/Britt to be with him, he's really naive. Josh just wants to have his cake and eat it too. Fucker. Anyway...I'm really enjoying your story as you can tell. lol Can't wait for chapter four! Oh, and I'm still reading despite looking at the pictures you posted for the main characters. The story - great, the pictures - not so much.

I feel like I won the lottery! Two updates in two days! You just made my Sunday dude. =) Terrific chapter! I love reading about the rodeo and the horses these kids have to ride on. I just find it fascinating. I can't get over the fact that their high school is over twenty minutes away!!!! I just feel so bad for Mattie; I just wish Lem knew how much he meant to Mattie. I know that you mentioned you were editing chapters, so I thought I'd mention a few typos in case you wanted to go back and fix them. There were just a few words: jeallousy is jealousy, isle is aisle, stares (the first time you mentioned them) is stairs, and to (when Lem stubbed his to) is toe. Normally I wouldn't mention them, but you said you were editing, so..... Anyway....can't wait for the next installment! Great job Dave!

Dylan never should have let Denika follow-thru with her little plan to find out if Tanis was gay. That could have totally backfired on Dylan! Like for example if he told Denika that he liked someone else.....or if he happens to see her and Dylan hanging out and he thought it was Dylan she was talking about, but is disappointed b/c he would rather it be someone else...I just hope Dylan doesn't get hurt with this plan of hers! And Dylan must be so psyched he has a secret admirer! Is it Eden? Is it Tanis? Could be both...or someone else. Someone he's close to and spends time with....doesn't really sound like Tanis though. I can't wait for him to unravel the clues.... Great chapter Autumn! Looking forward to the next one! =)

This is such a well-written, riveting story. I've never read a story about rodeos, junior rodeos, horses, etc. I'm from the northeast, so this is a pleasure to read about something I know nothing about. When the kids have to get up at such a God-forsaken hour to clean stalls and feed chickens, etc., I just think how spoiled my kids are. They balk at getting up at 6:30 to go to school. lol Imagine working on a farm in the early hours AND THEN go to school? Wow. Lem (or Eric, why do they call him Lem?) might be setting himself up for heartbreak. Didn't Jeff say he wasn't into "gay shit"? And I think all Lem has to do is turn towards Mattie. It's so obvious how Mattie feels about Lem. It's too bad Lem can't see it. I'm so addicted to this story already I'm trying to stop myself from reading more of it on Nifty, but I do want to read it with your new updates. Also, why is "Montana Burns" on hold?

Oh man, as soon as the phone rang I got this horrible chill thinking that maybe something happened to Tag. Shit, is Jimmy gonna be the one to leave a frantic message? Geez, I watch too many soaps. Oh yeah, no I don't. There aren't many of those left these days.. I think getting re-married is a FANTASTIC idea! Chris is absolutely right; it's too an important event to not remember it. Omg, what an awesome ending! I'm so happy for Dylan! What a terrific friend he has in Denika! And his mom, wow! If only all kids had a mom like that who was so loving and supportive AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! The air bands; our high school calls them "Movement to Music" and they're performed by the students in the Speech Arts class which is very similar to the Acting classes. They are awesome though. I also think it's so cool that Dylan illustrates real books! I do wonder though; I know Dylan's mom was at work. But what about Denika's? And wait, Dylan's mom didn't ask him how's he's getting home? And Denika's mom or dad? They couldn't pick up the kids after the show? I don't get it. I'm always driving and picking up kids all the time. lol What am I doing wrong? Hey furnished, I'm so sorry to hear about the death in your family. My thoughts and prayers are with you. You did write an awesome chapter though. I felt so much anguish and sadness through Caleb. I just wanted to cry along with him. He's right; Jake's a jerk. Cassie's right; Knox is a jerk. Avery was a bigger jerk. She didn't explain herself: why did she hate Caleb so much at that point in the party? Why was she so angry with him? B/c he wasn't treating her the way Knox was? And why was she angry with Carson? I was extremely pleased with the way Caleb's dad took the news. It's so refreshing to read a story where the father finds out and doesn't yell horrible names to his kid and kick him out. So, kudos to dad. I know along with mourning his break-up with Avery (and even though he tried his best to be into her, a break-up is always hard), he's also mourning the fact that Knox is straight. So now he has to get over Avery (ok, not too difficult), but also get over Knox (more difficult). I hope Ethan can make Caleb forget about both. Terrific chapter, as always furnished. And again, I'm sorry for your loss.

Well, advocatus, welcome back; it's been awhile! Ok, so I had to re-read the last two chapters so I could re-familiarize myself with the story. I noticed Rain had a sex-change. lol Since chaper one, Rain has been a boy, but all of a sudden, now he's a girl. lol Also I thought there was a little bit of inconsistency. In chapter four or five, you wrote that after the first time Andrew and Brian hung out and Brian stayed for dinner, that Brian had made a habit of staying for dinner two or three times a week. And by December, they were inseparable. So why in this latest chapter, Andrew's thinking once Brian left the day after he stayed over (Christmas) that that day was the first 'real' time him and Brian hung out outside of school? If they're inseparable, then aren't they hanging out outside of school? And all this time with them hanging out, Andrew never went to Brian's house? And why is Andrew's dad all of a sudden acting like an asshole? What, he never had a best friend before? I don't understand. Guys have best friends they hang out with all the time (at least my kids do) and girls also have best friends. What's up Andrew's dad's ass? Is he just pissed that Brian's mom rejected him? He really needs to chill. What an ass. I can't believe the shit he said. I'm glad Brian apologized to Andrew. After he assured Andrew he wouldn't judge him, he takes off like that! And wait, when Andrew went to the mall, you never wrote that he happened to see Brian there. Then all of a sudden he's looking coldly into Brian's eyes. That didn't flow right. But....I'm glad they're gonna try to make a go of it. Now if Andrew's dad just takes a flying leap...just sayin'. Looking foward to the next chapter. Hopefully we (read: me) won't have to wait for another four months. lol

I would be so scared if I were Luke and Drew. This psycho is out there and he's gunning for them all. I hope David can find the proof they need to put his father away. But then that's not going to be easy; he is the mayor after all. I can see Jordan's point that he doesn't trust Luke yet, but he should listen to his mother. And I have a good feeling about Denika (is that how it's spelled?) too. I hope his mom helps him by giving him courage to tell his best friend also. One b/c I think she'll help him, and two b/c it'll get her to stop bothering him about dating Eden. And thank you Autumn for clearing up all the questions I had in the last chapter! lol I'm proud of Dylan for asking Tanis about hanging out online. Based on Tanis' reaction, he seemed a bit scared, like he hadn't done that in awhile. Maybe not since that time with Dylan. Ok, great chapter and I'm looking forward to hearing what Dylan's mom has to say.

I love this new story! I feel Dylan's pain and infatuation. I remember crushing on a different boy every week in middle school. lol And Dylan doesn't know what to think b/c Tanis (cool name btw) keeps giving him mixed signals. Although him bolting out of Spanish doesn't seem so hopeful. My thoughts are if he's really interesting and glad to see Dylan again, he'd stick around and talk while they walked out together. Unless he is really and truly that shy and feels uncomfortable b/c he DOES like Dylan. I'd love to read it from his pov, but it would probably ruin the surprise effect. lol But I don't understand why when they played Xbox live that they didn't grow closer. Like hanging out together and playing video games at each other's houses. Why didn't Dylan extend the olive branch before the summer ended and ask if Tanis wanted to hang out sometime? It just seems like they were becoming friends, and then boom, nothing. But I am enjoying it and I look forward to the next chapter!

Haha, I ditto Zombie! That was funny! I'm glad Tanner finally realizes what happened to him. I hope he can help Gibby nail those two! I am still sad that even though they can 'feel' each other, they can never go anywhere together; it's not like Tanner will be talking and Gibby can respond to him w/o people thinking he's crazy for talking to himself. But I did love the chapter KC!

Wow, brings back memories! Those were the days of drinking and driving and no one thought anything of it. And yeah, wow, ten inches, huh? And only sixteen? lol Great chapter SW! Very well-written with good descriptions and a good set up for the next chapter! Looking forward to more. =)

That was such a beautiful chapter Kim! I'm so glad they reconnected and Chris and David got that closeness back that they've been missing all these months. I hope it's smooth sailing from now on! Even if Chris never gets his memories back, he can fall in love with David all over again. I hope things work out for Tag and Jimmy; they seem like they'd be awesome parents!

What an intriguing (pardon the pun) story! It's amazing thinking that that one gunshot into Dean's bedroom window morphed into organized crime and money laundering, etc. This was truly a remarkable story. Totally left me intrigued! I look forward to the epilogue where Dean and John can finally be together w/o all this espionage holding them back. lol

God dammit! I already reached my quota of likes for the day and it's only 4:15 pm!!!! Who do you complain to about this nonsense? Anyway, I must have been in the witness protection program b/c how the hell did I miss this update???? Poor Caleb. Jake is screwing with his mind. I feel really bad for Jake too, don't get me wrong.
