    Chapter 6

Drink more booze before writing? Or coffee? I think I'd be insulted if it were the former. lol Great chapter J! Glad you're back! Mitch is pretty funny. He named his dog Dog? Gee, how original! lol He is pretty smart though; thinking of using that app to start his car. Loved Derek's question of having an app to remote detonate a bomb! That was funny! So I wonder if the guys who rigged the SUV will realize their targets are still alive. Derek and Mitch better lay low for awhile. Awesome chapter! Looking forward to some more espionage! lol
  2. What a great chapter Kim! Those kids totally crack me up! From Ethan's playing with his milk and taking his socks and sneakers off when he should have kept them on, to Liam's wanting a girl husband it's gonna be his teacher, totally hysterical moments! Great job with that! =) It seems that Chris was definitely not ready to go back to work. Is he going thru PTSD? I think the last part before he passed out might be a breakthrough; it's something he remembered from last time. And as usual, David's is wonderful. I'm telling ya Kim, you gotta clone that guy! Clone him and sell him on Ebay or something; you'll make millions! I'll be the first in line! lol Looking forward to the next update! Maybe being with David that way will spark more memories?

    Chapter 12

I have to agree with Rebel KC. I'm still not over the tragedy and parts of the chapter made me cry, especially when Tanner wondered if having a b/f was like this, since he never had one. All I could think of was that it's so horrible that he died so young and he'll never experience b/fs and being in love. It's so sad. But then again, you made me laugh with the line: '....Too bad the whole being dead thing put a crimp into things.' That was hysterical! Totally wiped my tears away. Not! lol I just hope Jonathan doesn't catch Gibby talking to Tanner and not on the phone! But I think that Gibby's relationship with his dad is so cool that he'll be able to talk to his dad and tell him what's going on. I'm also afraid that Gibby will start to fall for Tanner. What then? Another awesome chapter KC! Six more days to go! lol

    Spring Break 2008

This just gets more intriguing with every chapter I read. So Dean's laptop was the one that was giving these guys all their information. That was a smart call that Dean made; it was smart of him to think of something like that. As always, looking forward to more bedlam and intrigue!

    One shot

Wow Sid! This is the first Anthology story I've read. What a great job you did! What a sad story. Carmel and Logan have known each other for years, been married for two years AND NEVER ONCE HAD SEX??????? How could she not have known something was amiss? It took Logan two years too long, but he finally manned up and admitted the truth to her. It really wasn't fair to her, as he said. She deserved to be happy and truthfully, it's hard to maintain a marriage w/o intimacy. And now he can be happy also. He doesn't have to spend his nights and weekends avoiding her. This is such an excellent story! Great job Sid!

    Back to IU

Ah, this poor kid. It's not enough he has the normal stresses of doing well in school, but he still has to worry about the mob and what Bruno was doing to his computer. It was a smart idea to get another computer and to test the old computer to see if his 'stalkers' pick up the false information. I hope it works for Dean's sake and Debbie's. As a mother, I'd be constantly on edge wondering if my child was safe. Great job with the chapter Daddy! Oh, btdubs: Happy Daddy's Day! lol

    NEW YEARS EVE

That seemed like the best New Year's Eve I heard of! I'm so jealous! Dancing to KC and the Sunshine Band AND Green Day (one of my favorites) would be awesome. And two of my kids are gonna see Rascal Flatts tomorrow here in CT. Anyway, back to the story: I'm so glad Sean found someone. He deserves to be happy; he's such a cool guy. So I'm wondering how these people found out about where John, Dean, etal were going. That whole roofie thing was pretty scary; thank God Adam was on top of things, otherwise it could have ended really badly. Another awesome chapter Daddy! And I'm proud of you; I have no idea what these guys ate individually! lol

    Chapter 11

I kinda agree w/Manu. How come Gibby didn't sound so sad? If it were me, I'd be in tears finding out the guy I was crushing on was now Casper! I'd be asking all these questions....it's too bad Tanner doesn't remember anything. Wait till he finds out that Satan herself whom he defended, was the one who killed him. And his so-called bestie ran off with her and never even called 911. The fuckers. I'm just so sad that they can never have a real live relationship. And I'm guessing that Gibby is the only one who can see Tanner? I'm thinking that whenever Gibby's dad comes in, Tanner will disappear. And then of course Gibby's dad will think Gibby's going crazy. Despite the sadness (on my part) it was a great, fun chapter. I loved hearing about Tanner's past and Gibby's past. They seem to get along so great and that's what makes me sad; it can never be more than that.
  9. I think Chris and David dating makes perfect sense. As Dr. Reeder said, make new memories. I also hope watching the home movies triggers some memories for Chris. It must be so frustrating to hear so many stories about your life with someone and the kids you have with this person and not remember any of them. I also love Jimmy and Tag and thru your words I can feel the love they have for each other. And it's amazing after eighteen years that they are still so in love. If only that happened more in RL, maybe there wouldn't be so many divorces. And the whole conversation about divorces vs. hetero and gay couples. I kinda think that the straight couples don't take marriage as seriously as gay couples do b/c it's so easy for straight couples to get married. Gay couples had to fight for years to be recognized as a legit couple and I think they take the marriage thing more to heart; they take it more seriously. Anyway, another awesome chapter Kim! As always, I'm looking forward to more!

    Chapter 5

Whew! Thank God Kevin 'manned' up and called Rory. Jesus would he stop LISTENING to those two idiots for a minute? Especially Jason. What a little turd. lol Kevin's gonna sabotage the relationship with all his angsty thoughts before it even gets off the ground. Omg, get a grip kid! So, great story, great update. Hopefully we won't have to wait another seventeen months to read more.......and hey, how's Jesse doing??? Ok, ok, I'll shut up about that story.

    Chapter 1

I don't know how I missed this gem of a story in your collection Comicality, but I did. I'm only on chapter one, but I love it so far. Rory sounds so cute and I think Kyle's such an ass to not care what the person has inside and only care about the outside. Ok, on to chapter two...Oh, I'm also still waiting for Jesse.....wondering what happened to him. Oh yeah, he must have gotten replaced by Shane Dawson, lol. But yeah, since you updated Jesse last, he's probably married to some hot guy and moved on from his online show to his own tv show. Yeah, lame I know. Sorry. Just missing the story.....

    Preparations

That Ellis is a nasty one, alright. lol I'm surprised he backed down after Peter stood up to him. He doesn't seem the type to let things go. And the way Peter reacted to his name gives me the impression that Ellis really hurt him. Oh, and didn't Peter meet Jon's dad when his mom and Simon went over for dinner the other night? Or maybe I have to re-read that chapter..... I was surprised the headmaster didn't share w/Jon's dad (and Jon) the results of his tests. I know in America it's the parent's right to see the results of any tests. We get copies of all the standard state tests, national tests, etc. that the kids take. Also, I know that some of the words in England aren't the same in America such as timetable for schedule, revision for study, sort of for figure it out, and I know there was another one but I forgot it. Anyway, being that Jon is still American, and it's written from his pov, he wouldn't be referring to the terms as the English do; he would be referring to them as Americans do. Anyway, loved the chapter! I hope he keeps Jason's number; you can never have enough friends, right? Looking forward to the next chapter!
  13. Ha, my kid just learned about weathering, so I knew what Roger was talking about. lol I love Nurse Nancy; she is really cool. I was fascinated by her card reading. I didn't understand all of it, but I thought it was very informative. I have to give kudos to that coach. He really seems to care about the students and he's smart enough to know that kids bully b/c they feel inferior and by putting others down it makes them feel better about themselves. They may also bully b/c of what their home life is. Maybe they're being bullied (physically or verbally) by a parent, such as in JT's case. I hope JT feels comfortable enough to tell the coach everything. After all, his dad is the one who taught JT how to bully firsthand. I must admit I was afraid for Joey when Roger and Andy's friends were talking. I thought they were going to turn on them. I was relieved when Tim admitted he didn't care if they were gay and then Gary piped up, thinking about his cousin. So now Joey and Andy have even more people in their court. Another great chapter Billy!
  14. Ok, first I thought that when Avery and Knox both noticed Caleb and Avery kissed Knox, that it was all a set-up to get Caleb to come clean about what's going on and what's been bugging him. Then when Carson came up and said she had a feeling something was going on with them, then of course I got this cold, sick feeling in the pit of my stomach like it was ME Avery/Knox was cheating on! lol And of course the ".....what hurts worse" line was awesome. I knew right away what she was talking about. Poor Caleb. Everything is so hard for him right now. How could Avery do that? Even Knox; how could Knox do that? Not that they're "friends" or anything, but still, isn't that like breaking the 'guy code' or something? And in front of everyone, humiliating Caleb like that. How could they do that? It seemed at first like it was a deliberate move; that's why I thought it was a set-up, but now I guess it wasn't. Now they're both shit in my eyes. And wtf is w/Jake? At least Ethan (love that name btw) seems like a breath of fresh air. lol And Sara was unusually nice and mellow tonight. I'm glad she could be there for Caleb. I hope Caleb gets some answers in the next chapter. It's going to be hard to let Avery go, despite the fact that he was planning on breaking up with her relatively soon (I think I read that, right?), still she pretty much rubbed his face in it. And now of course, to add salt to the wound, or salt to the knife wound Caleb talked about, his crush is now more out of his reach then he was before. I feel so bad for him. Ok, I'm anxiously awaiting the next chapter. Please update before I have to take an Zanax or something.

    Out of the Woods

Jasper.....I hope everything's ok with you. You haven't updated in two months and that's not like you. lol Just wanted to give you a little poke, poke to remind you!
  16. Great reviews for both these amazing stories. But with "The Funny Thing Is" you HAVE to read "The List", because "The List" is the backstory to "The Funny Thing Is" and the reader may not understand all the characters, references to the past, etc. if they don't read "The List". And besides, "The List" is an awesome read!

    Chapter 5

Hey Damond, I ditto KC. I had to re-read the last chapter so I could remember where the story left off. I loved the chapter. Dillon and Mark are getting really chummy. lol I'm actually surprised Ella's parents let two teenagers take her to an amusement park an hour away at night no less. And she's only five! As a parent, I would never do that; I'd make them stay home, order pizza and watch Disney princess (but only if she wore blue, lol) movies all night. And I know how these rides are! I've been onl plenty where I'm hanging onto that bar for dear life, sliding under the seat. I can't imagine how Ella survived those rides w/o getting hurt. Anyway, awesome chapter Damond! Can't wait for the next one...

    Honesty is Key

I'm glad Jordan's home. It's gonna take quite awhile before he recovers emotionally. He needs all the support he can get. I wonder why he's getting a negative vibe from Luke. I'm assuming it's a negative vibe, or else why would he tell Drew he didn't trust Luke? Poor David. If his dad was behind this whole mess with Tyler and his death, David will be devastated. I really feel bad for him now. Great chapter HJ! Looking forward to more!

    Shepherd's Crook

KC I'm really sorry about your mom. I do agree with her though; I want a happy ending! I was just reading your comments to some of the reviews and now that I know Tanner's really gone, I'm really upset. You can say Tanner is not gone from the story, but really, how is he as a 'ghost' going to help Gibby? They won't be able to do anything, feel anything. It's not fair for Gibby to fall in love with a ghost. Ugh, and now I have to wait a whole week for the next update.....

    Chapter 10

Holy shit, what just happened? I had a feeling Gibby was hallucinating when he saw Tanner in the car, but this ending just totally threw me for a loop. I can't believe Ethan is such a spineless fucking coward. He left his best friend for dead and didn't even call 911 or anything! What he did was totally unforgivable. Please don't say Tanner is dead. Tell me they found him in time and Gibby's dad is working on him and trying to save him. Shit, now I gotta wait a whole week??????? Shit.

Do they think there's like a camera or something in the keyring? Wow, so many more developments in this chapter! And John's totally loaded! lol Dean can be a kept man! hahah

    Odd Friendships

Hahah, loved the line, "Jean doesn't do dates. He functions on a fuck-to-fuck basis." Too funny! Why is the legal age in England sixteen? They really expect kids to go out and live on their own and fend for themselves at sixteen? Maybe Mr. Smith will take Hannah in also..... Oh, and when Brandon sent Oscar that message to meet him outside during lunch, I was practically screaming at the computer, "Don't go you idiot! It's a trap!!" Duh....I'm glad Hannah was following him and he didn't get too hurt. That ass Brandon could have really done some damage. Great chapter James! I'm looking forward to the next one!

    Chapter Six

Awww, what a great date! I'm glad all went well, even the conversation about the heavy stuff. And that kiss, wow! lol
  24. What a great chapter Kim! It felt like Christian was faling in love all over again. He was so proud of David when he got his award, and he was all jealous over Matt and these are the things that happen when you're falling in love. And being in love. Chris needs to pace himself with his emotions and how he handles being with David. Their night out ended on a positive note even though it's so frustrating for David. Chris didn't once push him away and he even initiated some kisses here and there. He just needs time. And David is patient; he'll wait for him. And Chris Botti; I'm not into jazz but I do know what he looks like, and he is cute. lol And Indiana Summer, that's a story on here! heheh And your description of Boston is spot on. I went to school there and I regret not staying there after I graduated. It's such a beautiful city. Anyway....can't wait for the next chapter!
  25. Geez, how did I completely miss this chapter? I love when Tag, Chris and the kids were at the restaurant. That waiter was too much! lol I love how Tag and Jimmy totally tease those little boys. They'll have a blast while their daddies are at the event. I can feel for Chris; he may not remember the people who will be there and for him it'll be like meeting them for the first time. That can be very nerve wracking. And I gotta tell you Kim; I read and re-read this line a dozen times; it's so beautiful: ...something in the way David touches him leaving fingerprints etched in his soul. That line is beautiful. Such imagery. Wow, you do have a way with words. Ok, on to the next chapter!
