Personally, I would like you to continue to keep the story character-driven and add some world-building as needed to fill in some of the backstory and augment the thrust of the story!

Anduin is pathetically sad, he's a random nothing burger looking to give indigestion to all in his presence. The truly sad part in all of this is he knows he's just that...incapable of change, wallowing as a default mechanism...His cloud of misery gives everyone the vapors in his wake as he traverses the halls of that house...quite frankly he's become repetitive and boring...it is past time for he and Claire to tumble down several flights of stairs falling onto a basket freshly sharpened knives.
