Missed this chapter...is it possible that one shift can neutralize others? -
Things are getting a bit sticky now...By sealing off the Bastion, might this possibly work against them?? “I won’t sit behind these walls while the people I swore to defend are killed!” Thalanil roared. “This is truly your will?” Laia looked at Tamasi uncertainly. “Yes, I think it is for the best,” Tamasi’s purple eyes searched Laia’s for support. Laia nodded solemnly and then raised her necklace from around her neck. “Members of the Wizard Council,” Laia spoke to herself more than anyone in the room, “We shall stay and defend the Bastion from enemy forces.” There was a quiet pause as deep resonant sounds hovered in the air and then Thalanil’s anger drained from his elven face, his eyes blinked as if suddenly heavy.

Ha, I've been thinking the same... Or what if he gets an arm from a ginger like me, with millions of freckles?! 😜 Or a straight man (which is the most likely), is he going to be...what was the word...more...'diagonal'?! 😁 Better than being called bifurcated.... Or had a sister with one leg called Eliene... Truly this proves the need for the 'Groan" emoji.... There will still be issues surrounding Manny's recovery, and there is always the possibility that a transplant might not work. However, prothesis' have come a long way and might be an alternative!!

I may have mentioned this elsewhere but so much of my and my generation's past is considered history...and to think there are those who refuse to believe I had a stegosaurus for a pet!!! Thanks!!

Be careful not to push Hunter too hard, it is a wonderful thing that is being done, I wonder of Hunter has claim to the house his stepfather tossed him out of...he may need legal help as well!!

When your enemy is intent on destroying you and no amount of persuasion will or can deter them, what do you do??? Is it wrong to stop by any means necessary those who would end you without compunction or hesitation??? -
Nathan's stupidity has borne fruit, perhaps the demon can bring Nathan to the witch in the swamp, or there just may be a cure on the other side in the tear in the fabric the demon and the 'goblins' came thru.... If not, actions and the lack of action have consequences as we have learned...

Thank you, there's more to this tale, another segment comes soon!! Having driven older cars for a large portion of my life, I am surprised just how many mickey mouse repairs kept me going!!!

It was a pretty lame comic strip unless you were stoned...not that I would have ever known about that... Flitting is one of those rarely used words describing an action such as a moth around a lightbulb.. Candlepin bowling is bowling with small balls...get your minds out of the gutter folks...not that I would know anything about small balls either...

I had had many chances to hook-up, but I wasn’t built that way. Of course, there was the obvious fumbling with others growing up, nothing more serious than a couple of hand jobs after high school which left me unfulfilled. Anita Bryant, Jerry Fallwell, Newt Gingrich along with the not so moral majority, with their contract on America was unsettling to say the least. Gay boys and men were dying, and no one knew why, and much less interested in finding out why. To the best of my understanding, it was virtually impossible to catch AIDS or venereal diseases from your hand, warts maybe, eyeglasses were a risk I’d take. Then Mikey entered my life…

Talk about a trip down memory lane, my disco dancing pants were a crushed velour wine colored flared bell bottoms, that left nothing to the imagination above the knees...then there was the subtilty flowered shirt with the ballon arms and the oversized lapels that went forever... Good on Jason and Colin and here's to it working out!!! Stanley may not know it yet, but help for both he and his mother is right around the corner... Not quite but close...
