"Slow your roll, Crouching Twink Hidden Talent." I lost it when I read that. Damn near fell out of my chair.🤣 With Naveyk's mention of the Rosa Rosea, I think I know what may be coming that would or could destroy both the Nave and the Skai. To me, this leaves open the question of who Jacob really is. Naveyk's final reaction about Jacob's and Qua'quelle's love is a clue. Now we need to find a way to get all of Q's Anavi out of Zac and back into Q. I can think of one way, but it may be harmful to Jacob.

Wonderful twist to the standard story-line.

It is entirely possible for Nate to be completely straight, but gay towards one or two male friends (Danny & Jake).

Although I'm not sure how vigorous army training is (USMC here), after life in Thompsonville and now a taste of this, it is going to be the biggest shock of Nate's life. How that affects him is yet to be seen.

Those were the kinda vibes I was having! 😁 A very nice start to this story. We haven't seen Danny or Jake yet, but it appears that Nick is going to be introduced to the 'feel' of the place by Skye. 🤣 I'm not sure how Army enlistments are handled down under, but if, like in the US, you signed a contract, you have to show up.

Wonderful Ending, Mark. Just at the right spot. I think I have to agree @Summerabbacat that Timmy was either raped (Uncle? Older cousin?) or his dad caught him experimenting and beat the hell out of him. The alternative is that Timmy is extremely closeted (because of his father's attitude) and his gayness is coming out in the only way he can justify wanting to rape another dude. It's just not normal for supposed straight guys to actually want to screw another dude.

Gads! I had forgotten that this was a Catholic school. If this were here, in the US, they would be expelled. They wouldn't even have to hold hands. Just the implication that they are gay would be enough.

You just knew that Mr. P would come back into the picture! It doesn't surprise me at all that he waited until he knew his wife would be out for the night. What did surprise me was that he didn't go off on Dallas once it was clear they had taken a shower together!

For some of us, there has never been much pain, if any. I have also known a guy or two who just couldn't get over their own pain (or fear). Hmm, with pants dropped and taking it, as well! 🤣

Mostly, it is about power. But there are also rare occasions when it is mixed with denied gratification. One has to admit that supposedly straight guys (highly closeted) do not screw gay folk... Unless there might be another reason, even if highly hidden. Only ever seen a headline or two. So, I give them no credit for anything.

While I know there is a difference in schools between us Yanks and you Aussies, we had a 15-minute home room in high school (9th through 12th grades). This was back in the 60s. I'm told that it is still this way.

Need stats? I give you the Westboro Baptists. While they are the extreme, there are many more that harbor the same thoughts, just not as flagrant.

With the Saturday reception, I think it will be a harder road for Dallas than we think, especially if dear old dad finds out about the feelings these two really have for each other. Even if Dad only finds out about how JJ feels about his son, it will still affect Dallas.

I would settle just for Dallas knocking Timmy off the stairs at school! In other news, JJ may be the school's 'fairy', but I'd almost bet that changes as the full story comes out. JJ may not like that notoriety, but it is what it is.

Good Value for the Money
Al Norris commented on Laura S. Fox's story chapter in Good Value for the Money
All this speculation and no one has asked the most important question! One that may shed light on the ease with which Pembroke was taken out. Was this a two-slice or a four-slice toaster?- 42 comments
