I am totally hooked on this. I LOVE Skittles!!! I'm looking for answers but also expecting more questions before we get the answers. On to the next chapter!!!
Interesting start. I am certainly intrigued by the last part of the chapter. Actually, to be honest, I'm intrigued by the entire chapter. I can't wait to delve into the rest of the story!!!
Intrigued already!!! Are the Master's intentions purely in Mika's best interest? It seems he gave in too easily to me. Maybe it's my suspicious nature. I can't wait to meet the mother!!!
This story is so well written. I am enjoying it immensely. I appreciate you taking your time to get it just right. I can't wait to see what happens next.
Still holding out hope...maybe there's something in the old legends and the Russian "cousins" that can help...methinks a trip to Russia might be in order!!!
They say that half the solution is admitting you have a problem. Dave's telling Peter and asking to quit the team is a good thing. I think Peter asking Dave to stay is a good thing. Dave needs something he can cling to, even if it's part of the catalyst. I hope he can get to the bottom of what is really bothering him.
I think there's hope for Deon and Sam and I believe it's in Deon getting to know Marcus. Deon only sees what happened to his mom and not the agonizing decision Sam had to make. So many families are destroyed by one parent coming out and deciding to move on. I hope this one can survive in the long run.
I worry about what happens when Neil finds out that Jim already has a boyfriend. Putting all your eggs in one basket is a risky thing to do!!!
What a sweet chapter. I LOVE Oli's mom...she is just like my mom...wiser than I gave her credit for and anxious for her son to be happy.
I was so pleased that anastasia got the cold shoulder...LOL! Oli's father is a P.O.S. if you ask me...he deserves to be out in the shed with his Alsatian.
I keep hoping there's a chance for Oli and Boris to be in sync and happy. They are so cute together!!!
I'm just wondering if the last words of this chapter aren't a bit ominous. In a lot of the books and stories I've read, the words "They had plenty of time to decide" are a precursor to tragedy.
I know you are busy with life and other projects, but I can't wait to continue this story!!!
Alyssa is so cute. I think she'll really like Shawn. It kind of surprises me in a way and then, not really, that everyone else seems to have really not liked Mitch. He is quite the dick is appears
Love your story!
Meeting the family is a huge step. I'm glad I'm along for this ride. Having Jordan's niece around for a while is going to be interesting to say the least. Loving this story.
BTW...the only thing I noticed was one spelling error. When you mentioned that Jordan's brother met his wife in the Marines, the next sentence says she left the Core...isn't it Corps? I'm not trying to be picky, but you seem like a perfectionist in your writing and that just hit me in the face.
So...a bartender named Shawn? This is going to be quite interesting. I can't wait to "meet" Shawn and find out more about him.
Loving the story so far!!!
Jordan's pain is immense. You have captured that so well. It doesn't go away and neither do those feelings of love. It's been over 20 years for me and I still love my ex. I guess I always will. Would I ever trust him again? There's about as much chance of that as a snowball has in hell.
Looking forward to the next chapter.
Wow...what a start!!! What a devastating thing to walk in on. I never caught my ex doing it, but I'm pretty sure he did. There is NO explanation that can even begin to undo cheating. I am so on Jordan's side, it isn't even funny.
I can't wait to see what comes in the next chapters.
What a wonderful first Christmas. I love these guys. I hope that Tony's headaches are just the result of the accident and not something larger coming into play.
Christmas is my favorite holiday also.
Oh my goodness...that was quite the beginning of what is sure to be quite the fantasy!!! I wait patiently (ok...maybe NOT so patiently) for the next chapter!!!
Oh, those famous last words...what could possibly go wrong...LOL!!! In a story with dragons, trolls, fiery swords, and other strange and unusual objects...right...what could possibly fo wrong...
Holy hell...you got me again! I'm sitting here bawling. There was so much love in this chapter. Dan, John, the boys at home...you are a master at evoking those feelings and making them come to life.
I know John will be hurting and I know the guys will help him all they can. I find myself worrying about Dan and what is going to happen to him.
What a way with words you have. My hope is that Oli and Boris will find a way to be able to be together. When Boris was talking about his past, I wanted to cry. He is so sweet and precious...innocent. What a different world we would live in if more people were that way.
An absolutely charming story. I love the relationship between Thor and Tommy. When you add the Hopkins and Ben to the mix, it becomes just a lovely little family.
I would love to read about Billy and Bobby and see where that story ended up. What a wonderful cast of characters. Charles, Bunny, Cupcake, Piggy...I just loved it. I hope to read more of your work!!!
