Wasn’t this part of our lives for over a year? Didn’t see the end coming. Wednesdays will be weird for awhile. Thanks for giving us a grand adventure!

I had the same thought. That was HORRIBLE. Everybody heard. This set back Jeremy who knows how much. Frankly, I’m surprised Mason didn’t grab Greg’s keys and race off after him. His emotions overrode all else. I’m amazed at how much I’m affected by Jeremy. Guess my empathy level is running hella high now.

I used the angry emoticon because I’m from Alabama and I know Mason got off easy. The ignorance of people these days — especially those of my home state — frustrates and shames me. You captured it well without showing how ugly folks can really be. Clay needs to take his ass outta there if he’s not gonna educate himself. And now that Jeremy has unwittingly planted ideas in Mason’s head, Clay will have hell to pay. And it’s deserved. Hope you post again tomorrow, LOL.

Ok, two things. 1. “Deal, but I get to pick the design, and you don’t get to see it until it’s done.” OH HELLS NO. Get a tattoo on my body without knowing what it is? Nash is a good natured soul. 2. All this food sharing: I guess I’m a greedy bitch, because it you try to grab food off my plate you might get stabbed on the hand with a fork. Oh, one more: “They were sharing the spare room that was on the same floor as the girls and Jarren and Seth had the guest room on the main floor.” You mean Nash, not Seth ... unless you have a side story in mind, LOL.

Have you thought about writing longer chapters now that the action is heating up? Asking for a friend. Man, I hope Jenny doesn’t get caught. Looks like all that extra power nudged Cheryl off the deep end.

Let me start by saying I hate camping. That includes glamping. There’s bugs, you’re exposed to the elements and have no real privacy, there’s bugs, you could get attacked by a bear, there’s bugs, and I just never feel clean out there. Cleanliness is my worry here for Orson ... and for Greg, Clay and Mason longterm. To me, a campground can be neat, but it can only be so clean, because outside. Orson needs as sterile an environment as possible to avoid infection. Also, aren’t the guys gonna get tired of having to go to the communal bathroom to pee and shower? (Jeez, the smell ...) Aren’t they gonna want attached bathrooms at some point? (Not to mention Clay and Greg being squeezed into that Airstream ...)

Freddy has the emotional maturity of a teenager. It doesn’t surprise me, seeing how he grew up. Also, five years isn’t long at all. Things would probably go smoother if more years had passed. I still can’t get over the fact that A) this wedding is being thrown together so fast — what’s the rush? And B ) that Rick is staying a whole month. Wonder if he can get some small gigs, like performing in schools or at kids’ parties. Edited to add: And I’m pretty sure I’ve been to a guitar concert. 😉

Also, when Greg started crying while talking to Jeremy, I started crying, too. It’s a fucked-up world we’re living in.

I appreciate that Greg will spare no expense to get his man back. He has a date in his mind for when he gets Clay back. Two weeks past that date is unacceptable. Do what you gotta do, I say.

I’m glad you’re enjoying your work! Thank you for posting. I like these characters so much (even though I’m boring and wish Mick would be with Guy and only Guy). Riley and Zeru confound me — is Riley fighting his attraction to Zeru, or does he really hate him? And this made me laugh way harder than it probably should’ve: “There’s a number you can call at the bottom for troubleshooting.” Still laughing.

I LIKE that you moved the story along. The pacing in this chapter didn’t feel at all overwhelming or rushed, yet you managed to fit in a lot of life moments. You did a great job. I have a question about this: “None of the adults noticed anything other than typical boy friendship between the two, and the initial reaction of their first meeting was pushed to the back burner.” Lex didn’t notice their auras change?

It’s very sweet how Clay and Greg got engaged. I hope Greg shares about his past, tho — if Clay finds out about it from Mason, he’s gonna be hurt.

What a great chapter! Karl’s facility sounds amazing. The golf course is a brilliant idea! They’ve been so focused on getting ready for Liam, what about getting married? I bet they’ll just go down to the courthouse.
-
I wondered the same thing. Is there a sequel where Jed has to save Wolfgang? Epic chapter!

You know who we haven’t heard a peep from? FRESKA. IJS.

I just read this again. What a madman with no regard for life to blow up a PLANET to capture one man.

It’s great to see Tristan get confirmation that he truly is hella talented. As Tristan said, power runs in families. Soooo what family is he *really* from? Will this be explored, or are we done with Tristan's past and focused on his role in the current dilemma?

I’m happy you returned to this story. So many questions! WTH is it about the two wives? Is Tatiana alive in the glass house in Jeju? Is Raphael really so dense he doesn’t see Hyun is intimidated by his feelings for Talin?
-
I just read the chapter again. Now I wonder if Himura wants a relationship with Raphael.
-
Will Kohen’s brain ever stop betraying him? It’s an agonizingly effective plot device.
-
I hope Jed gets some of those gloves to Joan, Daniel and Ursula. I have a feeling they’re gonna need them.

I know I’m a dork, but my favorite parts are when they guys are focused on the details, making out their to-do list and planning stuff like getting a new license and bank account. 🙂 I’m surprised the hearing went so smoothly. It IS Georgia. I half-expected the judge to take one look at the guys and decide that allowing Liam to go live with a succession of gay couples was not in his best interest. I think I was more relieved than Jarren! LOLL

Good chapter. The one issue I have is that Nash and Jarren and Lex and Ian are a bit cavalier about Liam. Housing and raising a double amputee requires a diffferent skill set that hasn’t been discussed. Sure, there’s providing space for a wheelchair, but in addition the bathroom has to be set up properly, for example. And everyone has to learn about caring for Liam’s stumps. And will he get prosthetics one day? None of Liam’s particular situation was discussed.

Everything Valkyrie said, with emphasis on the hope for an Ivan/Sho story.
