I agree, and that's why I'm willing to cut Brett some slack for not refusing Corey at the beginning. But he should have spoken up long before he did, just as Corey should have come out. Both of them were dishonest, in order to preserve their friendship, and now they pay the price. No more BFF.

On this matter we're in complete agreement. I'm glad the coach was supportive, but he shouldn't have told Corey to come back to the team. Especially since Corey's dad supports the opposite decision. Hmm so now we learn Liam's dad was a taciturn and unemphatic man who couldn't see the emotional needs of his son. Furthermore, Liam never asked or demanded his father pay attention to what was important to him, not even when he was grown up. Did the man even know Liam is gay? No wonder he couldn't make Alek understand what he needed him to do - not that the man can use it as an excuse, since he bloody well knew what was required, but he probably didn't understand how deeply Liam was hurt by the rejection of his emotional needs. I'm almost surprised Liam finally made the right choice and broke up with him for good. Maybe this was the influence of Corey? Liam's choice of not contacting people when he was hurt and his lack of interest in Nathan other than as a friend is also understandable now. He wants someone like his dad to love him.

Loved your story review for Misunderstandings. Yeah, it's a shame he's never written anything else. Beware of the two unfinished stories (The English Year and Prophylaxis), as you may get frustrated when you're left hanging.

The best defense is a good offense. I love the fact Will got Zach a car, and shoot down all the uppity, judging idiots. Using Austin as a diversion was clever. He even made sure Austin got compensated for the uncomfortable dinner.

I love seeing Will shooting down the people on high horses. I normally like Gathan but on the topic of Zach he's way out of line. And Will made them all see that.

I love seeing Robbie and JP in Will's corner. Stef and Brad need to get their heads out of their assess.

JP must be sooo tired of having to explain to Brad and Stef where they go wrong with Will. I chuckled about Robbie having fun being on the right side this time.

Glad to see Will lived up to JP's expectations and apologized to Isidore and Claire. It's also good to know Jack and Claire have finally woken up to the fact Marie needs to be taught a lesson.

It's rare to see Stef fuck up so badly. JP certainly explain the problem brilliantly, and Stef will have to work hard to be forgiven. I'm not surprised Will was so angry.
