Prompt 538 I need to find a way to make this right.
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Prompt 538 I need to find a way to make this right.
Thanks, Litlover, your praise and interpretation make me all since it perfectly describe what I was trying to achieve. Everyone seem to approve of having a Jasper POV, so I'll have to try that again at some point. Maybe he and Carolyn can go on a double date with Nelson and Eric? -

Thanks, Puppilull. I bet you're a sensible Mom too with a slightly twisted sense of humor. So I'm not surprised you can relate to Miriam. I'm glad I have some readers who totally approve of Carolyn as the perfect partner for Jasper, and who don't go Eeww at the hint of MF sex. Sigh yes, the Prom it may end up a 5K+ chapter to deal with everything. -

Thanks, dugh, it was nice to do something for Team Jasper, and droughtquale gets the credit for pointing out he should have his own POV chapter(s). Since it was a success, I may do him again. (I bet Drew sees lots of innuendo here...) Yup, Miriam knows Jasper well, but she also trusts him to take good care of her daughter - and as you say Carolyn takes good care of him too. If she didn't I'm sure we could find a few volunteers... -

Thanks, CC, I'm glad you liked the shirtless ginger image. droughtquake was sure you (and dugh) would approve. Don't worry about Rob taking Mel to the Prom, he'll go stag rather than that. But of course there are other options too, as you point out. He hasn't made up his mind yet, so -

Thank, Gary. I'm pleased their friendship came across as the base of a comfortable connection. Do you recall Jasper advising Rob to try being friends first with his next girlfriend ? Or at least being friends as well. This was my attempt to show why Jasper held that view. Glad the Mom scene got a laugh, I was grinning while I wrote it. -

Thanks, Drewbear, you made me laugh with your conclusions about how far advanced Jasper and Carolyn are in their relationship. But I guess you may be right about them having a more intimate connection than the new couple. But Nelson is working hard to catch up. -

Thanks, buddy, it always makes me happy when you approve of the fun I get up to. I do a little happy dance when I earn a LOL in your edit. -

Thanks, I'm glad the Jazz chapter was a success and gave me a respite from pitchforks. I have to have some straight boys in my story, or it wouldn't be believable. it's bad enough I have parents with humor. -
Uhm, why did you read it, then? Puppilull gave clear warning at the start of the chapter and posted a status update about the content, so people who dislike this kind of thing would have the option to stay away. To me this was Lucas fulfilling a deep-seated wish / dream of his partner, and I bet he has wanted to for a while, but has never found the opportunity which felt safe and right. I don't think they will make this a regular thing, but if they do indulge once in a while, I think their relationship will be all the stronger. Joel will always be the one to say yes or no, and his instincts are spot on. But I fully accept other people feel very different about this, and that's fine too. As Puppilull says there's nothing wrong with either.

Good point, Kitt, but no one knows I'm here, so I'd be one of the guys to go poof. But hopefully not for many years. If I do get run over by a bus, I apologize beforehand for not being able to let you know.

I think Brett is worried about his former best friend. I don't think he was using Corey, but he was being a coward and not a very good friend, when he didn't stop the love affair sooner. Letting Corey string himself along on a hopeless dream was cruel. So he deserves to lose his friend for that. But like Graeme said, Corey carries part of the blame too, as I bet Brett sent out plwnty of signals that he wanted to go back to being only friends and no benefits, but Corey refused to see it. PS I haven't read the story before, so I don't know what will happen.

I liked it but then I'm a dirty-minded Dane with a thing for threesomes. We know this has been one of Joel's dreams for a long time, and Dean is both respectful and appreciative. Even if it never happens again, Joel will have a great memory. Lukas did well on fulfilling the needs of his partner.

@comicfan The grandmother story was sad, and evoked the feelings which we all have when missed loved, departed ones. I felt sorry for the boys that they only got to visit her just before the end. They should have been there a lot more in the previous months. But the feeling of missing out fits too. To everyone contributing to chapter 1 - thank you for all the lovely words, i enjoyed them all, even when they made me Thank you again to AC Benus for setting this up.

@craftingmom It was nice to get a glimpse of Kye and the book topic was perfect for SkinnyDragon. @ColumbusGuy I loved you dragon story and I can see the boys entwined and happy, just the way I wish for CG and SD.

and it's already the right color for the next step. -
What a lovely long chapter with lots of interesting stuff going on, and some wonderfully hot sex too. I'm looking forward to finding out what Su Yin's education entails, and why it upset Atoki. I like how collected and controlled Su Yin is, it makes perfect sense - and a lot more fun when his demon makes him lose control.

Charlie is a good friend and a kind girl. I'm so pleased Corey has faced facts and is ignoring Brett completely. Skipping football practice is probably a good idea, but I would want it to be because he couldn't face Brett and not for fear the coach and the team won't accept him.

What a great idea for Liam to take a quick trip to visit Marty and his parents. I liked the fact he told Marty's Mom about Alek. He gets more confused when he thinks on his own, but talking about it seems to calm him. I'm sure Marty will be fine with whatever makes Liam feel better about himself and his life. Oh and congrats on your first purple chapter.

Tillykke Litlover ! -
I loved Kayden clinching the argument by saying he knows the mountains better than anyone.

I don't know why I never commented on this story which is probably my favorite of all the Union Island tales. Ben may be shy, but he's feisty too and can keep Adam on his toes. I liked the way he stood up to Ian, and I'm pleased Adam finished the bastard off.

I just read it again (well apart from the nasty club scene ) and the differences aren't that obvious, so no need to apologize. But I did notice one typo you missed: “Um...by the way, you’re father and I are getting a divorce.”

Lol, when I think of all the antics Elizabeth will get up to, they might be better off staying with one kid at a time.

Chapter Twelve, Part Two - Samuel's downfall.
Timothy M. commented on Caz Pedroso's story chapter in Chapter Twelve, Part Two - Samuel's downfall.
At least they managed to humiliate Samuel by telling him what his punishment would be, before Jackson got rid of him permanently. He was too dangerous to let live, like a rabid dog. He needed to be out down, not as punishment, but for everyone's safety.
