If Daniel is angry about anything related to Robbie and Nathan, surely it's the fact they haven't admitted their relationship. I would feel upset about my best friend and my cousin not trusting me. I'm not sure Robbie or anyone else will believe he was pushed. He could have tripped while he was checking his phone. Happens all the time. He needs to be kept in bed for at least a week, or until all symptoms of concussion are gone. No TV, reading or computer games. Otherwise he could have intermittent head aches for the rest of his life. Concussion is a form of brain damage and people do not take it seriously enough. I hope Sue does the fussy and strict mum act this time.

Sorry for not getting round to this one before now. I felt sorry for you and Sasha getting the Roswell part of the Grid&Dice prompt, but you certainly did a brilliant job of working it into the story. The title Lame Duck was fantastic and I actually knew what it meant. My first thought when learning the President was in a wheelchair was Th. Roosevelt, and I was surprised the comparison didn't come up. After all, I'd think any US President would be pleased to be compared with him. The text didn't fool me, but I admit I hadn't worked out what the real topic was, other than not an affair. Loved the 'having chemistry' joke, though. Great job altogether, Cynus. (Oh, and you might want to edit the wrong name here: Where they saw tenderness in Thomas' touch, Jared felt only the coldness of Jared's hands. Should be Thomas' hands. I'll remove this part of the comment later.)

Victoria took the news surprisingly calmly, but I guess she has said no to Dean's proposals before, so him finding someone else would be a natural development. I can't help wondering if she knew about shifters beforehand, and maybe even about Dean being Kao's mate. I liked how Dean reassured Kao about his devotion.

I liked your way of doing text messages, they were easy to follow. Seth really is a spiky guy who keeps everyone away. Liam must be completely smitten if he hasn't given up by now. He doesn't get much encouragement, but he was happy about the date deal. We'll have to see if Seth will change his mind about Liam.

He, he, good pun, Gary. I guess you could say 60 chapters before their first sleep-over is taking it slow, but it's not been that many days in story time. But having them stay in the mutual BJs zone for a while seems logical to me, after all it takes practice to be perfect and it's fun to do. I'm so pleased the Rob comment made you laugh; even Eric can see his brother is a useful role model in those kind of situations.

Yes, I agree with you about that. Jasper is a great friend and a good guy all around. To him Nelson is the brother he's always wanted, and he appreciates the loyalty and unconditional support which is Nel's trademark.

Yep, Rob the nosy and interfering brother is never far away from our thoughts. I thought you might like the idea of Jazz on the beach, and like you say, we can always imagine him as a sexy adult. In fact, I tend to do this with most of the characters here, which is probably why they come across as quite sensible.

Depicting the growing relationship between Eric and Nelson is a challenge for me, so I breathe a sigh of relief every time my editor and readers give a to a chapter. Nelson is doing his best to be responsible, but Eric isn't making it easy. But like you say, communication is the key.

LOL, Team Rob never fails to leave a few grumpy comments when he's not been the center of attention for a couple of chapters. You guys are adorably predictable. Yeah, communication helps a lot in relationships, and the boys are still getting to know each other. In all sorts of ways.

Thanks, hoho, better late than never. You're spot on about the diagnosis, although I think Frankie has fairly severe Asperger / ASD. His father Frank was the one with mild Asperger, so he understood his son perfectly. If he had been around for longer, I'm sure he would have encouraged Frankie to get out of the tollbooth, but the few times it happened were not successful (in my imagined background story).
