People Will has slept with
Timothy M. replied to Mark Arbour's topic in Mark Arbour Fan Club's Topics
I can see why you ignore JJ's coach, but what about other skaters? -
I love how they all made sure to tell Nix they wanted him as their lover in the previous chapter, and it was sweet how Phenner and Mucha did him together in this one. Hot too of course The mouse is getting quite proficient, eh? Thanks for the mention btw.

Prompt 500 What took you so long? (I)
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Prompt 500 What took you so long? (I)
Thanks, AC, I hadn't thought about it like that, but I'm sure you're right. Eric probably always knew Rob had his back, but he's losing the childish resentment. Rob, on his side, is beginning to treat Eric as his equal; he's not there yet, but the first steps have been taken. I love when my readers can see the (unintentionally) profound along with the fun. -

Chapter 6 Shifters Are Dying
Timothy M. commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 6 Shifters Are Dying
Shifters Are Dying - is it a coincidence the acronym = SAD? Because that's how the first half of the chapter made me feel. The Malaise is a lot worse than I first thought. Having your life expectancy cut in half is pretty dire, losing contact with your wolf half or wolfing out completely is terrible, the lack of contact with other packs worrisome, the overall sickness and gradual dying out point to the outcome Tobyn predicts. I have the feeling there is lower fertility, so fewer children born? Why is this happening? It seems to have occurred before, so it cannot be pollution or other modern time causes. Could it be a virus? Is the lack of earth mates and keepers symptoms or otherwise connected to the Malaise? What about those hunters? Did they kill Kellar's parents? Could one of them have been Fendral's off-spring? So many questions, but with 20+ more chapters to come, I'm guessing the answers are complex. With all the depressing stuff they were sharing during the talk, it was wonderful to see them play and connect as wolves. Kellar must have loved having a new friend who can share in the joy of running and being one with nature. They are bonding as humans and as wolves, and no matter what happens next, I think Kellar's days as a lone wolf are over. He's done well, but he needs a pack. I hope he can help them in some way, even if there are no easy fixes of the problem. I'm all ready to do some more editing. Just need to put Russ and Jacob to bed. -

I'm glad the Perry brothers make you feel that way. We were overdue for a chapter with Rob and Eric, and this one just flowed once I started writing. If Rob did ask Trevor or vice versa, they would make sure to talk about reasons and expectations beforehand. But I'm still trying to decide... -

Aaww, Thanks glittery Sorry about the disappoinment. I always wanted to be a twin, but I'm not sure why you think my brother would be Irish? Imagination is a good thing for an author. -
Ohh, Corey to the rescue This will hopefully break the ice, since they had already had the awkward first meeting. I wonder whether Corey makes sure to got to the gym at times when Jason can't be there? Well, he'd probably go in the middle of the day anyway, if he has time. Friends first is a very good idea, and it's a good think Jason never knew Corey had a crush on him. He'll behave naturally and relaxed as they slowly become friends. I wonder how soon he'll start thinking of Corey as more than a friend. Hopefully not too soon, as it would be fun if it was sprung on him as a suprise.

LOL, Caz, you have lots of surprising (and kinky) corners in your mind, so no wonder you sometimes get lost. It's fun to try and extract you. Carlos seems just right for Daniel.

Faris and James: The Party, erm … Event (Prompt 501)
Timothy M. commented on Mikiesboy's story chapter in Faris and James: The Party, erm … Event (Prompt 501)
I was all ready to be at Faris for not respecting James' wish of no party, but I have to admit he did it in a real clever way. I bet the event will be the talk of the 'office' for a long time. The gifts were easy, I noticed Faris didn't say they weren't from him, he only said he didn't know who left them. It means he had allies among James' colleagues who sneaked the gifts in, but he wasn't privy to who gave what. Or something like that... -

Thanks, Gary, I'm glad you felt the seriousness behind the fun. I wanted to show they still had the same closeness in spite of Eric gaining a boyfriend and Rob planning to leave for California. -

I think you're right, and Eric would probably agree no matter how annoying Rob can be. He knoew Rob has his back and Ron knows Eric is loyal no matter what. I didn't know the expression 'bros before hoes' until I read it here on GA. I agree it's not very nice, but in this case where the silly girls tried to throw themselves at Rob for one purpose only, it may be justified. Rob is definitely smarter than that, normally. His mom would have made sure of it. -

Tak, min ven - feel free to gush as much as you like Saying my conversation sounds natural is an amazing compliment, so I'm over the moon too. I'll have to pass part of the praise on to AC, I've learnt a lot from his editing of these prompts. Perhaps Trevor is better or more subtle than Rob at manipulation for Eric's own good? lol. I don't think there were any other candidates, or else no one wanted to run against Nelson who was Trevor's first choice. Will Rob scratch the itch or not? Truly I don't know, but it's an intriguing thought, right? -

Thanks, Drew, I guess I simply try to imagine what kind of brother I would love and 'hate' at the same time. Eric isn't uncomfortable about sex as such; only about talking about it with his brother or parents. And who can blame him? But you're right, it's fun too. Yeah, absence makes the heart grow fonder, eh? And Rob may return to the east coast eventually. Thanks for a lovely review, Drewbear -

You don't think Rob will do well in politics? I thought he has the charm and pushiness to excel. Or maybe we understand different things by the term 'political studies' I'm sure Rob is enjoying himself in California, but you still haven't told me the name of his college. -
Chapter 15 Dinner with friends
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 15 Dinner with friends
Thanks for pointing that out, it was a significant moment for me too. Peter seems to know Patrick should look forward and not back. And basically he has a positive outlook on life. Yes, they do need adult lives with friends to balance their relationship and family circle. They both need other couples to mirror themselves in, and J & A are a good start. lol Anthony seems to enjoy the spice John adds to his life. Glad you liked the eavesdroppers too. I'm not always good at adding those small details, so it's nice when I succeed. -
Chapter 14 Confronting past and present matters
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 14 Confronting past and present matters
Not to worry, Reader, I like late reviews which give me the chance to revisit earlier chapters. I'm glad you made a special mention of the imp and the angel, I have such fun including them, but they'll probably fade soon. There are plenty of imps where he came from. Aaaw on the family comment, now I want to you. Yeah, lots of chemistry and physical stuff between them. Oh, and about the acknowledgement: Velbekomme -

Prompt 500 What took you so long? (I)
Timothy M. posted new chapter in Timothy’s Terrible Prompt Stories
“What took you so long? And what have you done with Nelson?” Rob didn’t sound annoyed as he left the group of girls and sauntered over to meet Eric at his car. The younger teen was relieved. Saying goodbye to Nelson had taken longer than he thought. His lips were still tingling and his fingers remembered the silky feel of his boyfriend’s long hair. “He’s gone home with Jasper. Sorry about the wait.” “It’s OK. I was beginning to wonder if you had eloped with your lover.” Rob unlocked- 24 comments

It was wonderful to catch up with Cal and Ben, and I'm glad they are now part of the study group. Cal needs the confidence of new clothes, but also an adoring boyfriend, supportive friends, and approving adults. He has had the latter in his grandmother, luckily, but a set of surrogate parents is great. I have to admit the truck thing confused me. Why could Jay work on his truck? Does he take the autoshop course? And if so why didn't he just pretend to own Miles' car? I hope they find another solution. Great chapter, as usual.
