    Chapter 16

Hmm, so coach may not be as much of a creep as we thought, but he's still a rotten teacher for leaving the class alone during PE and not teaching them much in his English class. And he made assumptions about Casey rather than talk to him, just like his dad.
  3. Another Grethe fan I'm delighted LL, and you're absolutely right about her being a great ally and someone Mr. A. will appreciate - and the other way round too. After all, she'll need someone to talk to other han Michael when P&P are at work. LOL, I hadn't thought about Michael's ability to wrap Patrick around his little finger, but you're probably right there too. Definiely about the importance of his new papa.
  4. Tillykke med fødselsdagen from your Danish friend happy waving of Danish birthday flags (Thanks for making a topic, Gary)
  5. Dear Dragon - your instincts are brilliant as always. Peter is a good actor when he wants to be. He's also very good at getting kisses from Patrick. I'm glad you can see the family coming together.
  6. Pouty Peter that's awesome, Def. I guess that'll teach him to give his man a good morning kiss before getting out of bed... or not The vote on Michael being cute seems to be unanimous, yay! and the same for Moster hugs being good for Patrick. Your instincts about Mr. Archibald are spot on.
  7. going over my reviews to enjoy all the kind words once more I suddenly realized I never replied to this one. Sorry ! and belated Happy Valentine's Day. I'm delighted you think the story beautiful and want to read more. I hope you have. Thanks for reading and reviewing.
  8. Terrific Review, Reader I loved hearing your thoughts about Mr. Archibald, and every word is true. I hadn't thought about the roses in relation to his wife, but the moment you said it I thought Yes, of course ! to you for noticing the 'family' note and the importance of the hug from Grethe. I love when my readers pay attention to details I made an effort to include.

    Chapter 23

Thanks for the Daken explanation, it helped. I loved how Wade told him of and provoked him all at the same time, and pissing on him had me Daddy issues, LOL. Now we have to hope the AntiMutant guys are clever enough to have that cell tapped. The first half of the chapter was pretty awesome too, I loved the kiss-ass comment from Logan, and how he and Peter were honest with each other in a casually cool manner. Tillykke on the art stuff, I'll have to visit your gallery asap (after I read ch. 2 again).

    Chapter 22

Any sex between Wade and Peter is fucking hot, and this was too. I get you on the rimming, I'm not a huge fan either unless there's been a very thorough shower first. But this was scorching hot and so was Peter asking to be fucked while Wade still wore the dress. I laughed at the list of things Peter never contemplated, and Wade responding to his boxes was cute. Oh, and I'm soooo relieved I'm not the only one who can't spell ecstasy.

    Chapter 21

The cross-dressing was awesome, I like that Wade is secure enough to carry it off and joke about it too. Oh and I laughed like crazy when I got to the song. They really are in a great place with their relationship, even the boxes agree, lol.
  12. aawww, now I feel quite bad about not posting as early as I usually do. I hope you didn't stay up just to read this chapter - although I'd be flattered, lol. Danish is quite difficult to pronounce, so don't feel bad about not being able to work it out. I like the idea that my use of Danish phrases makes you want to hear Michael speak. Of course calling him cute and the chapter satisfying was even better.
  13. lol, dugh, you're right about the old Scot having acquired a 'very English penchant for roses.' I think he may come to like home-made Danish cookies too. Patrick has lots of loneliness to be dealt with / healed, and his new family are doing their part. I'm glad Michael continues to be a bright spot in the story.
  14. LOL, tim, I don't think Peter was whining seriously. But he is a bit needy and Patrick too, I guess. Hopefully, they'll get what they want/need soon. You're quite right about the day-to-day part and the new family. They are all trying hard to make this work.
  15. I like the way both men take care of each other. This time is was Clayton who needed the support and love of his boyfriend to deal with some tough shit. The WWII museum sounds interesting, I'd never heard about it, but then I haven't visited New Orleans.
  16. Patrick woke early the next morning. He managed to slip out of bed without waking his companions. Grabbing the clothes he’d made ready the night before, he headed for the bathroom. Even though he’d had a shower last night, he needed to have a longer bath; preferably with a bit of self-gratification while thinking of his lover. Otherwise he knew he’d be popping wood the whole morning, whenever Peter touched him, which would be mortifying when having brunch with Moster Grethe. Once he’d sorted hi

    Interference

Yikes two encounters they could have done without, especially the one with Xavier. On the other hand they both pushed Ezra to think about Henrik being more than casual, so that may be a good thing. I don't understand why his sister does not suggest Ezra go with Henrik to Portland or visit him for a longer period, now he's out of a job. She could babysit Rhubarb, lol. A minor matter: Henrik says he's had his phone off all day, but you had him checking it outside the restaurant while Ezra got the dessert for the driver. Oh, and what will Ned think to find himself ditched with no explanation? But I suppose Henrik can text him to be picked up in time for the press conference. I also laughed a bit about Hank having Ezra up against the wall and then looking at something behind him. But it didn't detract from the fun of Vi catching them kissing like that.

    Breaking the Ice

No hot kissing when driving on cold ice, guys! And stop deceiving yourselves this is casual and just for the day. In fact, Ezra being out of a job may be a blessing in disguise. It leaves him free to follow his Viking to the end of the world.
  19. Now I'm a little bit with Henrik. This is sooo not true, Danes are a lot more outspoken than Swedes who are mostly prim and proper. Go check out SATWcomics.com. But I guess I forgive him, since he got in touch with Ezra and invited him out for lunch.

    Long Shot

LOL, I should have known my Swedish friend would be the first to read and comment. I read this chapter some time ago and liked it, but then I got distracted. But I'm back now and ready for more Ezra and Henrik (seems a more Danish than Swedish name though and Ford more American). But hunky blond hockey player is definitely Swedish
  21. LOL, Reader, so it will. I'm glad you liked this one and I predict you'll feel the same 24 hours from now. But I'll still be grateful for a review from you.
  22. The two best ones from Denmark: In 1976 there was an article in a local paper saying the factory which made Akvavit (Danish snaps) by mistake had made a batch with too high alcohol percentage. Because they couldn't sell it, they would give it away if people turned up the day after bringing their own containers. Lots of people did. In 1983 the Danish TV channel DR (only one at the time) announced on its main news that one of the Danish chocolate companies had decided to make Easter eggs with a small live chicken inside. They had interviews and showed one-day-old chicks sitting in the lower half of an egg. The production would be EU funded. I can recall my mother saying the day after that she had watched it with a couple of other family members. They all believed it and talked about the crazy things people would do to make money. In fact, a lot of people phoned DR (enough to overload their telephone switchboard) and complained about the cruelty to the poor chickens being stuck inside the egg without food or water. One of the first 'shitstorms' in Danish media history. The spaghetti story inspired this SATW comic. http://satwcomic.com/real-true-news
  23. Thanks, Def. Michael hasn't gotten his room yet, but the plans are made. I promise he won't hold things up for much longer though. I'm glad you saw Patrick coming clean about his money as putting his family first. I tried to imagine how I would feel about my boyfriend hiding / teling something like that and worked out Peter's response. This made me decide they would be better of knowing asap.

    Chapter 12

It remains to be seen whether Lord Ashton is clever enough to understand the significance of Kye not speaking until they were alone. Plus we don't know whether he heard that whispered sentence. I'm betting Donnelly will be present when Kye wakes up, and he'll refuse to speak again. Hopefully, this will give Lord Ashton the final clue, unless he's dimmer than I think.

    Early February

I find it sad that Toph insists on saying farewell to his friends when they have outlived their usefulness. And he relies too much on his color perception if he lets the lack of it determine he has no possible future with Niles. Ian is not boyfriend potential, he is a fellow artist and autist (probably Asperger). I have the feeling that writing his stroy will enable Toph to see some important truths about himself. It was interesting that Ian knew the bird lady - at least by name. I do not trust Gary yet, but I think the level of friendship they have now, is OK. Hopefully, the man is clever enough not to betray Toph again.
